- If he’s ‘seething’ now, just wait until his criminal trials start. I keep hearing a lot of talk about how the Court ‘undervalued’ Mar-A-Lago down to around $18 million, and how it is worth much more than that now. These people are missing part of the context. The disputed valuations occurred several years ago, when property values were a lot cheaper, and at the time in question, the property was worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $18 million. Trump had claimed back then that the property was worth over $100 million for the purpose of obtaining bank loans, and less than $10 million for the purposes of taxes. This is the crux of the case against him.

Our general disgust level with all that is going on in “The Real World ™” exceeds the energy requirement to post, hence the paucity of publication.
OTOH, it would be nice for the owner of this here space to make a cameo once a month or so.
Then again, we here in snow country are out doing what needs be done before solid water begins to accumulate.

You can’t be disgusted if you don’t take any of this bullshit seriously. Life is too short to be hung up on the stupid crap that goes on every day. I’ve learned to laugh at most of it, because in all reality, there is very little you or I can do about any of it.
We’d be more effective preventing the impending climate changes, which is to say, not effective at all.
We really have only two viable options, and both will ultimately have the same outcomes:
Either we ignore all the stupid shit in the world and just live our best possible lives, or grab the popcorn and watch it all the bullshit unfold. Duck when the feces are flung in your direction, and laugh at everything else.
