Good morning from my Hunker-Bunker overlooking the Puget Sound, Bremerton, and the Olympic Mountains. It’s a clear morning and I can see for miles and miles. It is supposed to be a whopping 60° F today. November, in Seattle. It’s supposed to be wet, cold, and miserable. Instead, this is golfing weather.

Now that the election is over and Donald Trump is going to become president, does anyone have a date certain for when the end of the world is scheduled for? Do we need to RSVP? Can I have a plus one? Hopefully, there’s no dress code — I intend to show up nude. I came in this way, I plan on leaving this way.

Did you know that there are fifteen million Democrats missing?

Uh-huh. Yep. Sure.

But wait! Anonymous will tell you…

Hacker group Anonymous compares last two election numbers and people claim ‘it doesn’t add up’

‘It doesn’t feel right’, ‘something is wrong’, ‘it stinks’, were just a few reactions as Donald Trump became president-elect for the second time.

On January 20, 2025, the US will officially have a 47th president and it’ll be a familiar face for those working in the White House, as the nation’s 45th president will reclaim the Oval Office.

But conspiracy theories have began peddling the mill already.

Just a matter of hours after the 78-year-old’s projected victory was confirmed, hacker group Anonymous has compared the last two election numbers, claiming ‘it doesn’t add up’.

Taking to Twitter, the group wrote: “Something doesn’t add up. In 2020 Biden had 81 Million votes, Trump had 74 Million votes. In 2024 Harris got 66 Million votes, Trump got 71 million votes.

“15 Million Democrats decided to sit this one out? 3 Million MAGA decided to sit this one out? No f***ing way.”

I think the mask needs to have breathing holes in it. It seems to be causing hypoxia. Either that, or these people need to get out more. Maybe get some sun.

Look. It’s pretty simple. The 2020 election was an outlier in the sense that a record number of people ‘turned out’ — and during a pandemic. By ‘turning out’, I mean they mailed their ballots in, because it was far more convenient than standing in line with a bunch of sick people in the middle of COVID. So if you are using the previous election numbers, then for sure there were less people voting this time around. Those that did, broke for Trump, not Harris. There’s nothing really all that mysterious about it.

And yes, a lot of Democratic voters DID stay home or didn’t vote for president this time. They literally told you they were going to do it and why. They were either going to vote for Jill Stein or not vote at all, because they didn’t like how the Biden/Harris administration was handling the Israel/Gaza mess, and they were going to ‘teach Democrats a lesson’ by withholding their vote. If you want to hear one of these geniuses explain it, check it out: ( it should start at 4:01)

Maybe watch the entire thing. Some of these people are out of their minds.

The criminal Trump

Now that Trump has made his grand comeback, the future of his criminal trials is in question. There appears to be some kind of movement going on in the background that may put an end to all of it sooner than later. The first item, I would expect, the second is kind of surprising…

DOJ moving to wind down Trump criminal cases before he takes office

Justice Department officials have been evaluating how to wind down the two federal criminal cases against President-elect Donald Trump before he takes office to comply with long-standing department policy that a sitting president can’t be prosecuted, two people familiar with the matter tell NBC News.

The latest discussions stand in contrast with the pre-election legal posture of special counsel Jack Smith, who in recent weeks took significant steps in the election interference case against Trump without regard to the electoral calendar.

But the sources say DOJ officials have come to grips with the fact that no trial is possible anytime soon in either the Jan. 6 case or the classified documents matter — both of which are mired in legal issues that would likely prompt an appeal all the way to the Supreme Court, even if Trump had lost the election.

Now that Trump will become president again, DOJ officials see no room to pursue either criminal case against him — and no point in continuing to litigate them in the weeks before he takes office, the people said.

Biden Should Pardon Trump

The first thing Joe Biden should do this morning is invite Donald Trump to the traditional visit in the Oval Office between the outgoing and incoming president. Biden should extend all the traditional and lawful assistance to Trump that is appropriate in anticipation of his forming a new administration.

Biden should then move to use his constitutional authority to pardon Donald Trump of all pending federal charges, and relieve special counsel Jack Smith of his duties. He should then ask New York governor Kathy Hochul to use her authority to pardon Trump for the crimes he was convicted of in New York.

We could also dismantle the Justice Department altogether. Close all the courts. Do away with all criminal laws. Release the prisoners and close the prisons and jails. From now on, just have street justice.

Let the bodies hit the floor.

But sure. Pardon Trump. Pardon everyone. A Jubilee! Everyone gets a fresh start and a clean slate! It’s almost biblical.

Better late than never

Kamala Harris vows to fight on as sobbing crowd BOOS when VP mentions Donald Trump only once in 12-min concession speech

VICE President Kamala Harris has conceded the 2024 election but vowed to continue fighting following her crushing landslide defeat to Donald Trump.

Harris chose not to speak to supporters on election night despite the early voting results indicating Trump was on pace to sweep the vice president in key battleground states, including those located in the “Blue Wall” region.

The upbeat vice president emerged on stage at the campus of Howard University on Wednesday afternoon, hours after she reportedly began composing her concession speech despite votes in Arizona and Nevada still being counted.

Yesterday, I was driving my Unicorn to the store and I was listening to someone on NPR try to tell the host how ‘disrespectful’ it was for Kamala Harris not to have given her concession speech the night of the election. Instead she decided to stiff that audience and schedule her speech for the next evening.

Excuse me? The last I looked, Donald Trump has yet to concede the 2020 election. Now they were sweating her on not being swift enough to concede?

Well, she did call Trump that evening to concede. The fact that she waited a whole day to make a short speech about it? Maybe she hadn’t written a concession speech.

Fraud is everywhere

Democratic Consultants Deceived Donors, Spent Nothing on Promised Voter Turnout

Democratic donors were spammed by text yesterday to donate to a political action committee called “Pro-Choice Majority 2024” throughout the election. The urgent demand for donations continued even moments before polls closed.

”Kamala SINKING in Pennsylvania: 46% – 48% We need your help!!! RUSH $20 TO DEFEAT DONALD TRUMP NOW! go.prochoicedems.io/1105b4”

The landing page takes potential donors to even more extreme appeals:

”If we can’t raise $20,000 to Pro-Choice Majority before polls close in just HOURS, we may as well hand Trump a victory and he’ll END reproductive freedoms FOREVER.”

”So our generous donors UNLOCKED a 400%-MATCH on all donations to Pro-Choice Majority to help DEFEAT Trump & SAVE reproductive rights!”

The alarmist messages puzzled at least one recipient, who forwarded the fundraising demands. How could this PAC use money to defeat Trump on Election Day when voting was virtually over?

I’d be willing to bet that this is just the tip of the tip of the tip of the iceberg. Give it a couple of months after all of the numbers have been crunched on this election cycle. Then we can look at the total amount of money spent on this election on all sides. Whatever that amount, it will be surprising, and if you assume that just one percent of that money involved fraud of some kind, that one percent would be awful high…

There is huge incentive for fraud in elections, but not in voting, but in the election itself.

Big Money.

A post mortem

The Real Reason Kamala Harris Lost

COVID took Donald Trump out of the White House—then, four years later, COVID put him back in. Shocks from the pandemic produced generational inflation on a global scale that wreaked havoc on incumbents in country after country. Cost-of-living increases made for an economy that most people feel hasn’t worked for them. This was an election in which fundamental indicators pointed to the bums getting booted out. So they were.

Looking at the breadth of Donald Trump’s victory, then, it would be foolish to go too far down any particular rabbit hole of wrong tactical decision made here, inexact position on this issue there. The map wasn’t what it was because Kamala Harris picked Tim Walz instead of Josh Shapiro as her running mate, because she was either too supportive of Israel’s war on Gaza or not supportive enough, or because she spent too much time with Liz Cheney. The environment was the environment, and it’s hard to pin the total blame on any one choice or person.

That said, let’s talk about President Joe Biden.

The country decided years ago that Biden was too infirm to run for a second term. In June 2022, a New York Times poll showed that only 26 percent of Democrats thought he should be renominated, and their top concern was his age and visible decline. The idea that this person—whom the public also disapproved of for a variety of policy reasons—could serve as president until 2029 struck the country as absurd on its face.

Whenever I see something like “The real reason…”, I am usually disappointed. But in this case, I have to agree with the reason — mostly. It was Joe Biden’s ‘fault’ if there was someone to blame. But not his exclusively. We all were to blame in the sense that we probably should have been more vocal sooner.

I cannot think of anyone out here in the streets — Left OR Right — who thought that Joe Biden was fit enough to last in office until 2029. We’re not even sure he’s fit enough to give a short speech tonight.

I would have LOVED to force Joe through another primary campaign, with debates with other Democratic candidates. The only reason Joe Biden was elected in 2020 was under the understanding that he would get us through COVID and get things put all back together again, and we’d have a new choice in 2024. He was basically supposed to be a ‘placeholder’. But in 2022, he made it known that he was sticking around for another four years, which put the damper on a lot of plans. Pete Buttigeig for one was hoping for another go at it. So was the governor of California, Gavin what’s his doohickey. Yeah, that guy.

So yeah, a lot of people were not happy that they didn’t get a chance to choose their candidate this time around, and felt that Kamala Harris was foisted upon us at the last minute. And she was.

But is this the only ‘real’ reason Kamala lost? NOPE. It’s just one of the major ones.

France has something to say:

The end of an American worldOpEd

This time, they made an informed decision. In 2016, when they first entrusted him with the White House, American voters didn’t know what a Donald Trump presidency would be like and were taking a leap into the unknown. In 2024, the situation is different: Not only do Republican voters know their candidate inside out, right down to his least glorious behavior, he’s even more radical than he was eight years ago. Trump’s electorate knows where this president is going to take them, and wants more.

It’s a reality that needs to be examined with eyes wide open. The path on which Trump, strengthened for his second term by his party’s success in the Senate, will take his country diverges fundamentally from the one charted by the United States since the end of the Second World War. It marks the end of an American era, that of an open superpower committed to the world, eager to set itself up as a democratic model. It’s the famous “shining city on a hill,” extolled by President Ronald Reagan. The model had been challenged over the past two decades. Now, Trump’s return is putting a nail in its coffin.

Trump views the world solely through the prism of American national interests. It’s a world of power struggles and trade wars, which scorns multilateralism. A world where transactional diplomacy replaces value-based alliances. A world, ultimately, where the US president reserves his harshest words for his allies but spares the autocrats, who are seen as partners rather than adversaries.

Europe at risk of fracturing

Europeans rightly have bad memories of the first Trump term. The second will be even more perilous, with war raging on their continent, initiated by a Russian power that flouts all its international obligations and is increasingly aggressive. If, as he threatened during the campaign, Trump ceases military aid to Ukraine and negotiates peace with Vladimir Putin in favor of the invader, the consequences of such an outcome will go far beyond the fate of Ukraine alone. They will affect the continent’s security as a whole.

Europe has been fracturing for a while now.

Now, for the best news of the day!

Andrew Tate ‘moving back to America’ because ‘bulletproof outlaw Donald Trump is in charge’

Andrew Tate has thrown down the gauntlet. The internet has not had a moment to breathe since Donald Trump was announced President of the United States— again.

The “self-proclaimed misogynist” could not hide his giddiness when he took to X and wrote: “I’m moving back to America.”

Tate has dual citizenship in both the United Kingdom and the United States. He was born in the United Kingdom but raised in the United States before returning to England with his mother.

It’s easy to assume his sudden interest in relocating has everything to do with Trump, as he followed up his previous tweet with: “THE BULLETPROOF OUTLAW IS IN CHARGE.”

Is he expecting a cabinet post from Trump? Or a pardon?

Both?

later
