Being a peripatetic visitor to such establishments, this one is on my bucket list.

The author however does not expound a key point. They survived every calamity except the ones created by the government against their own population (Taxes and COVID).

Have visited 1000 year old pubs near High Wycombe and Maidenhead over the years. Hope it re-opens by summer and that the hysteria over vaccinations and related tomfoolery ceases (not holding my breath).

At the rate things are going

, might have to be Denmark and Sweden we visit instead of Londonium and Auld Reekie.

The Daily Wire didn’t post a ‘fluff’ piece here. They took a handful of facts and weaved a narrative around it as a way to blame “the government” for the failure of this pub.
