Good morning from my Hunker-Bunker overlooking the Puget Sound from West Seattle. It is 1045 hrs on a Wednesday morning in mid-October, and have successfully rounded up as much non-political stuff to share as I can find. I can’t guarantee that a few of you won’t find some obscure political point to make on my choices today, but that’s all on you, not me.

Welcome to Adulthood!

Me, I am sick of politics right now. I think I would rather rod out sewer lines in a flooded field than get hung up on the political bullshit right now. (I have experience at both, so my choice is solid)

It’s my day off before the Thursday Night Football madness going on tomorrow. It will be a long day, and Today is just the calm before the storm.

Speaking of storms, it appears that Floriduh is preparing for another hurricane. Every year about this time, we are treated to the annual news of people who choose to live in the paths of hurricanes. It’s usually preceded by the annual news of people who choose to live in the paths of tornadoes. Then there is the annual news of the people who choose to live in flood plains. Or earthquake zones. Or at the base of active volcanoes.
