H/t a Loyal Citizen who didn’t provide a nick, but you know who you are.

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s controversial plan to keep large sugary drinks out of restaurants and other eateries was rejected by a state appeals court on Tuesday, which said he had overstepped his authority in trying to impose the ban.

As you may recall, Nanny Bloomers’ attempt to order his serfs to not consume stuff that he stuffs his face with all day long had already been struck down once and he, being the entitled, Progtard Shit that he is, had appealed that slap in his royal face.

A unanimous four-judge panel at the appeals court agreed, finding that the board had stepped beyond its power to regulate public health and usurped the policy-making role of the legislature.

You think that wannabe King Bloomy is going to let that stop him from exercising his imaginary dictatorial powers? Of course you don’t. Purulent Parasites like that will never ever back down in the face of mere justice.

In a statement, Bloomberg said the decision was a “temporary setback” and vowed to appeal to the state’s highest court, the Court of Appeals. If the court declines to hear the city’s appeal, the case would come to an end.

We’re certainly glad to hear that King Bloomypanties has succeeded in eliminating every single actual problem that NYC might be facing to the point where he can waste millions of taxpayers’ money to enforce his royal edicts against the nation-destroying effects of a Big Gulp.

We’re also fairly sure that Bloomies is every bit as insane as we’ve always known that he was.

We’re just saddened to learn that, given the recent developments surrounding Anthony “King Dong” Weiner’s campaign, it looks like we won’t have yet another certifiably insane NYC mayor to make fun of in the future. Unless whoever actually does win the election happens to be more pathologically nuts that Bloomers and Weiner combined which, frankly, is too much to hope for.

Still… It might happen.

So, New Yorkers, how does it feel being the laughing stock of the entire nation? Because we have to tell you that we appreciate you volunteering for the job, seeing as how we can use every laugh we can get under the reign of errors of the Ogabe Junta.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAAAHHHHH!

Thatisall.
