One more thing…

On August 31st, the same day I bought my Equinox, I started using the Weygovy formulation of Ozempic for the purpose of losing weight. It just so happens that Weygovy is effective on fatty liver diseases such as fibrosis — one of the many issues that have been plaguing me for a while. I was in Stage IV of fibrosis when I started Weygovy. I am now at Stage II and healing.

I was holding the planet down at 305 lbs on August 31st. I am now at 234 lbs and dropping. My goal is 215 lbs, so I am getting close. I just doubled my dosage from .5 mg to a full milligram. I don’t think I will ever need to reach the 2.4 maximum.

They say that the normal person should expect a twenty percent loss on Weygovy. I’ve gone slightly beyond that, and expect to hit around thirty percent to hold.

How do I feel? Good.
Any side effects? Not if I take a fiber supplement
Can I eat anything I want? Sure. You can eat anything you “want”. The thing is, you don’t really WANT a lot, and if you do, you will probably not finish it.

I will get a hamburger once a week. Eat half one night, eat the other the next. Same with a foot long Subway. Eat half one night eat the other half the next. There are many times I can’t even get through half before my head tells my stomach “enough”.

If I eat something with too much ‘bad fat’, I won’t eat as much. But I can eat a HUGE salad with no restraint. I can eat an Oreo, just not an entire package.

It sure looks like I will be able to fit into that bikini by next spring.
