On this solemn day we should give thanks to those that gave their all in the past, and perhaps, those that are prepared to give their all in the future, G-d Forbid.
I’ll let our gentle readers consider the validity of Mr. Porretto’s thoughts on this. However for myself, it’s a distillation of many nightmares and those dark thoughts that come on gloomy days.
May G-d Bless those Patriots that gave the ultimate measure of devotion in the cause of liberty and may G-d Bless those to come.
