Running joke about these parts, seeing half of Michigan seems to go to FL in winter for some reason. Outlandish and idiotic stunts, theft, drunk adventures are attributed to “Florida man” with regularity seeing how man crazies end up down there is all.

Apparently, the balloon flew down from Alaska to Montana until it was destroyed off the Carolina coast. This has happened before, at least 3 times. Does anyone believe this was a weather balloon?
I don’t think there is anyone who doesn’t think this was exactly what it appeared to be — a spy balloon from China. About 2 hours ago a no fly zone was declared over norther lake Michigan and parts of Huron. Something more has apparently been sighted or shot down, don’t know which because the news media is also in the dark. Just the logistics of this has to be interesting.
