If anyone was expecting the government’s case to suddenly dry up and blow away after the release of the redacted version of the affidavit in support of a search warrant, they would be disappointed.

As expected, a heavily-redacted version of the Affidavit in Support of an Application under Rule 41 for a Warrant to Search and Seize, has now been released to the general public.  I thought I would post it here with the rest of the official paperwork associated with this case.

There is no case. The President has the absolute power to declassify anything. The early opinions on this very heavily redacted document are indicating this was a fishing expedition and they were probably looking for incriminating evidence…against the FBI. (The fake Russia Collusion) Rumors, and they are rumors at the moment, is that Trump and his people had a binder… Read more »

Channeling Johnny Carson… You are WRONG DJ Breath. 😀 Trump did declassify the documents and has stated so. Now, how about Barack Obama? And yet, without any legislation, President Joe Biden now promises to “cancel” up to $10,000 in student loans per borrower. A new… Read more »

FBI did not disclose Trump’s Jan. 19, 2021 declassification order of Russiagate documents to the federal magistrate judge in warrant affidavit We now know why the DOJ wanted the affidavit — which is supposed to articulate the probable cause needed for a legitimate search — to be kept under seal. After the magistrate who authorized the search forced the DOJ to… Read more »
