The Biden-Harris transition website outlines the Democrats’ COVID-19 plan, promising that the new administration would “implement mask mandates nationwide by working with governors and mayors and by asking the American people to do what they do best – step up in a time of crisis”.
I wasnt aware the Federal government could issue orders to the States in this manner.
Utah law professors say so, Ive seen others that say that this is overreach and that the States retain this authority.

Pretty sure that – at least as far as the gummint goes – that question got resolved back in ’65. 1865, that is. States –… Read more »
Democrats don’t give a damn about the law or the constitution. What are they going to do when people refuse? Send out the FBI?
I suspect the method would be to withhold Medicare money or something like that from states that do not comply.

Since when do we give money to a country that’s at war with us? Since when do they not forfeit their rights to property when they declare war on us? Have they… Read more »
And speaking of basic math, here is former Senator Coleman from Minnesota: “On Election Day, they fight voter ID. In my case, I got 19 precincts in Minneapolis with more votes than voters”
More votes than voters? Districts that went 100% Democratic? I don’t buy it.
Then we have dead people voting, JOE FRAZIER voted….despite the fact he has been dead five years. Votes with illegible postmarks Votes received LATE then stamped with the day before… Yeah theres no voter fraud here…[/sarc] And last but not least…the Dems have been saying for four years that the 2016 eleciton was “stolen because Russia Russia Russia” and THEN… Read more »
Attorney General William Barr has reportedly authorized federal prosecutors to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities from the 2020 election before the results are certified. In instances in which they are consulted, the Election Crime Branch’s general practice has been to counsel that overt investigative steps ordinarily should not be taken until the election in question has been concluded, its… Read more »
I was just preparing a post on that. The head of that branch handed in his resignation. Interestingly, he was up to his neck in the Lois Lerner mess.
