Unf**kingbelievable

Speechless…just f*cking speechless.

Self-proclaimed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees will be brought to trial in a civilian federal courthouse in New York, blocks from site of the devastating 2001 terror attacks.

These cockroaches have already pleaded guilty. They asked to be executed. This bloody, anti-American PC administration is so concerned about accommodating stinking mooslims. Accommodate them this time. Please. But alas no.

Now NYC will really be a target for every jihadi slimeball in the world. They can kill two birds with one stone – send their infernal evil comrades to their 72 syphlitic “virgins” AND take out NYC. Hey, mebbe Mikey Bloomberg can “reach out” to KSM whilst he’s here and have a meet-up, like he did couple days ago with some other members of the ROP to prevent a “backlash.” Mheh! I’m so sick of that word already. One of these prize mongrels was actually a “character witness” for the mooslim sheik cockroach that planned the 1993 WTC bombing. Nice goin’ Mikey! Mikey tried to squirm out of it, by verbal obfuscation and doubletalk that would’ve given Obumble some competition. Claimed he didn’t know who this creature, Wahaj was, even though he shook hands with him at the meeting. Gack! :em38: But eventually he was able to place the blame on an office “aide.” Sure Mikey.

    Trial?

If they are bringing them to NYC, the only thing they need to do is hang them on the WTC site.

And then find a pig farm in NJ to dispose of the the carcasses. Send their relatives a 100lb. bag of pig shit a week later.

This incident should be proof positive that these thugs should just be finished off on the battlefield.

The only reason to bring them to the US is to give them a “Fair” trial, in that the government can protect their rights of not being accused without proof. So, here’s the clincher; if you bring them here you are expressing doubt in the veracity of the charges. If you bring them here and “expect” them to be found guilty, then it’s just as much as a show trial as anything concocted by the Soviets. So, which is it Mr. president of the world? Do we say our CIA and military can’t do their job, or do we know they are guilty but have a show trial just to make your base feel good?

Either way, I feel this is a fucking terrible way to do this thing. It’s going to publicly make the US either look like a bunch of jackasses, frauds or kangaroo court perpetrators.

We may not have known much about Obama before his coronation, but we did know that the DNC and the left in this country has long since been sold on the fact that the War on Terrorism should be a matter dealt with by the Department of (in)Justice rather than the Department of Defense. This shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. If you voted for Obama and this move surprises or shocks you, then you are unfit to ever cast a vote in this country again.

Good points, but I’m afraid you only scratch the surface. I’m no legal expert, but I’ve been digesting a lot of commentary about the unprecedented national security disaster these trials will create, with all of the information & anti-terror tactics that will have to be made public during the “discovery” phase and throughout the trials. And what does the civilian court requirement of a “jury of your peers” look like on this one? And how about finding impartial jurors? In NYC? And if they are found guilty, who wants to be a juror marked for life by Al-Queerbait? And what if they are found not guilty? And we haven’t even started talking about the costs, costs for their legal defense, security costs for putting them up and shuttling them back and forth to the courtroom every day, etc. What a monumental clusterfuck.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again… Barry is the political equivalent of a suicide bomber. He got past the barricades, and he’s going off. And we’re all getting blown to smithereens in slow motion.

We’re actually justified under international law and historical precedent by simply shooting them in the head.

No trial, no expense of housing them. Just get whatever intel you want and dispose of the garbage.

Don’t believe me? Look this up: United States v. Wilhelm List.

This is one of the rare cases where someone was charged at Nuremberg and found NOT GUILTY. Wilhelm List was aka Generalfeldmarschall Wilhelm List. He was brought up on charges of execution of partisans in violation of the Geneva accords. He was found NOT GUILTY because Geneva doesn’t cover people considered ‘partisans’ ‘franc tireurs’ or ‘enemy combatants’.

Hear that lefties? Under the international law you love to espouse, we have every right to shoot the worthless sods in the head. And there’s international law and historical precedent to back up what I just said.

“Fair” trial? Very well. In regards to this particular kind of swine, “fair” will be taking them to Ground Zero, then letting the family members of those murdered shoot these fuckers with bullets greased with pig lard. Then, as these fuckers lie there, bleeding, right before they die, shove a chunk of bacon in their mouths. “Justice” does not mean “Mercy”. And sometimes “Fair” can mean “Brutal and painful”.

Seating a jury may be interesting. Finding those who, to put it mildly, are not influenced in a hostile way by the attack is going to be challenging. Conversely,New York City being an extremely blue area, is likely to have an inordinate percentage of those who are not severely predisposed to conviction, to be severely predisposed to an acquital in order to humble the United States. What I have called TWANLOC. Can you imagine the orgasms on the Left if they are acquitted? Keep in mind Jury Nullification just takes one.

Leaving aside the probability of violence during the process from both Al Quada and from Patriots, and the implicit threat of Al Quada vengeance on any jury [and you can be sure that Buraq will make sure that any juror will NOT receive even the minimal protection that the Federales can offer]; it seems that the administration is deliberately trying to get either an acquital or have any conviction overturned on appeal.

As far as what Obama will do then? He will be overjoyed and praise the verdict as an example of how tolerant we are. But what about the reaction of the public?

This administration seems to be working as hard as it can to get on the very last nerve of anyone to the right of Trotsky. If they force through a government takeover of healthcare on top of this, if they push through Cap and Trade, and if the unemployment rate continues to climb [real numbers, what the statistics call U-6 are around 20% and that measures the real impact] people are going to be furious. Figure that the Christmas season is going to be dismal, and shortly after the New Years there is going to be another wave of bankruptcies.

And that does not even mention the sequalae of Fort Hood. If evidence of government inaction being a cause, any hint that the trial is being compromised, or any hint of a coverup will once again provoke fury. This administration is not renowned for either transparency or candor. The suspicion is there from the get go. I know that the plural of anecdote is not data; but everything I am hearing from serving members involves hatred and contempt for those that let Hasan act through their deliberate inaction.

All of this is going to land early next year. What are they trying to provoke?

I have a nasty feeling that this is not going to end well.

Keep stocking up on staples and precious metals [lead and brass come to mind], keep networking, keep preparing for evil times. Teach the lesson of Merriam’s Corner. Remember the Oath.

I would immediatly counter is that it has nothing to do with my belief (or lack of) in our system…. It is more to the issue of whether the accused deserve the rights derived from being tried under same. They are not criminals in that thier stated intent was to “war” on america. In that context any legal action should fall under the domain of the military.

  47. 47

Wow. It is somehow ‘un-American’ to follow our system of laws? Is our system of laws so flawed that you would adopt the same type of ‘justice’ you might find in the former Soviet Union?

By changing jurisdiction of POW’s captured conducting war against the US to the US Courts, the law is being usurped.
By changing definitions the o’bots are shoring up their influence
There has been nothing “adopted” yet: they would have been held until an armistice happens, or their side is pacified for good, or until allah greets them in history’s cesspool.
