Gun Them Down (UPDATED)

Gun the death panel-loving pigs down.

It’s on.

They had their warning, they didn’t listen.

Now let them drown in their own blood.

Unless, of course, you feel that living under Cuban “health” care isn’t all that bad. In which case you ought to do the world a favor and shoot yourself as well, because you’re just too fucking ignorant to live.

Oh, and if you think that’s “too radical”, here’s what you have in wait for you if you don’t bend over and embrace the PelosiCare bill that your House Traitors just passed:

Today, Ranking Member of the House Ways and Means Committee Dave Camp (R-MI) released a letter from the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) confirming that the failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the Pelosi health care bill (H.R. 3962, as amended) could land people in jail. The JCT letter makes clear that Americans who do not maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the bill’s new individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years.

A quarter million dollars in fines and five years (a felony) in prison if you don’t buy the public “option”. That’s one heck of an “option” isn’t it? Don’t say you don’t have a choice. You can either do what the National Socialist Democrat Workers’ Party Fascists tell you to do or you can “choose” a quarter million dollars in fines and five years behind bars.

Here’s another choice, you Democrat fascist fuckholes: You can either lock yourselves up in a garage and suck carbon monoxide, or We The People will come find you and blow the back of your heads off courtesy of a 12 gauge double aught shot through your kissers.

Pick one.

Sic Semper Tyrannis.

Kill them all. Now.

UPDATE: Seriously, though. Now that the Cathartic Ranting is over, could somebody please tell us how we’re ever going to get the attention of our self-anointed Lords and Masters in DC, because obviously they don’t give two shits what their actual constituents think about their public “option” tyranny.

Myself, I’m thinking tar, feathers and rails.

One thing is for sure: If that abomination of a take-over of one sixth of our economy accompanied by a multi-trillion dollar deficit guaranteed to grow beyond even the most pessimistic estimates once gummint get to fucking it up as they’ve fucked up every single government program in the history of our nation is passed, our grandchildren’s great-grandchildren will be paying off the debt with no hope of ever actually getting done.

AND what was once the most advanced healthcare system in the world will become just another horror show along the lines of the NHS and every single OTHER government-controlled healthcare system.

I could tell you a thing or two about the wonders of living under one of those. Wait, I’ve done that numerous times. Obviously eye-witness accounts don’t count for much anymore.

Thatisall.

So ummm.. what if you are a veteran, who does not have a job that provides benefits for example (or you are in college or something) and umm…. you get your care from the VA since that is one of your benefits… Do you have to pay too? Or do you go to jail? These are things I wonder, since that WOULD have applied to me 10 yrs ago and God forbid if hubby loses his job, that is where I would be going for my healthcare.

And I know it’s been said before… but I like how THEY are exempt from the law. Nice.

Here is something I posted elsewhere this morning on the subject:

I admit I don’t have time this morning to read 1000+ posts. If I repeat something said earlier, I apologise. That said:

Congress will recess soon. Every Senator should be facing the equivalent of Town Halls everywhere they go. Even at home. Especially at home. No rest, no peace, no hope that they will be allowed to slip by. If Democrats fear to set foot in their home states, it will be just about right.

Every Democrat in the House who voted for this, and that bastard in La. [Cao] should find a gift on his front step. A bucket of roofing tar, and a feather pillow. There may be an optional quote from the commentaries on Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War” attached:

“Only when the enemy could not be overcome by these political means was there recourse to armed force, …”

For Doctors: Y’all are about to be screwed, big time. Get a copy of the voter registration list from the County Clerk [it is a public document]. The Democrats are about to destroy your practice and your life. Cross-reference your patient list with Democratic registrations. Send those those who are Democrats on Medicare notice that due to the impending destruction of your practice by the Federal government, it is necessary to reduce the costs to the practice to avoid bankruptcy. Medicare coverage already fails to meet the cost of providing treatment, and has been maintained as a community service. With the inevitable cuts coming with Federal control of all healthcare as laid out in the Healthcare Bill, the cost can no longer be borne. Thus, you are phasing out the acceptance of Medicare as reimbursement for treatment and that they should seek another physician within the next 60 days or the signing of the Healthcare bill, whichever comes first. If there is a split registration at one address, all Medicare patients get dropped at that address.

Your patients will be screaming bloody murder at Senators and Congressmen. Since the cuts in Medicare will be coming [they are in the Bill], every word is the truth, and not being a Medicare provider will help you hold out longer.

Catholic healthcare providers of all disciplines should be considering winding up their formal practices and either going underground providing care outside the system, or changing careers. Every promise made by this administration and Congress has been broken. They promise [sometimes] not to force people to perform abortions. There are 2000+ pages of compulsion in this bill, and no one has been allowed to read all of it. There is no chance that the Democrats have not made compulsory provision of abortions a part of the bill or empowered some government bureaucracy to compel such.

I am not Catholic [or Christian], but I am a believer in religious freedom and freedom of conscience. I would respectfully suggest to each and every Archdiocese in the country that it is time to prepare to close down Catholic health care facilities that could be used for abortions against your will if seized by eminent domain. Patient loads should be reduced as much as possible and preparations should be made to close them AND PHYSICALLY DESTROY THE BUILDINGS so they cannot be seized by eminent domain. I offer the further suggestion that “problems” be found in violation of health, safety, or fire codes that can be invoked to shut down the facilities; and at that point depending on what happens politically, that the Archdiocese’ would then have the option of either “fixing” them or deciding that they are unsafe and tearing them down before they can be seized [while they are still Church property]. If the government starts seizing church properties, of course that will mean we have moved into a new phase.

Y’all might want to pray that we have real elections in 2010 and 2012; and that we can reclaim our country.

    Subotai Bahadur

There is a tendency for politicians to become acclimatized to the current level of outrage, and dismiss it as background noise. We have to keep the pressure up and vary the means of attack to keep their attention. In other forums we have been discussing it, and are happy that we are engaged in a diffuse resistance, because it means that the regime cannot find a single key target to focus on. New tactics, new pressure.

We have been on the Soapbox. We must keep up the pressure there. We are leading up to the Ballot Box, if such is allowed to take place. We hold in ready reserve the Cartridge Box, the last desperate measure.

Let me close by quoting a poem recently posted by Gerard Vanderleun at his AMERICAN DIGEST site. For some reason, it seems to fit the mood.

    http://americandigest.org/mt-archives/myths_texts/only_by_fire_is_1.php

Year upon year in this world’s dark woods,
Heaped at the foot of the trees,
The tangles and bundles of dead brush increase
    Which sunlight shall never seize.

The vampire by sunlight or stake.
The wolfman by silver in bone.
The demon by book, chant and pentagram.
    The fascist by fire alone.

The ash that descends in the clearest of skies?
The leapers that swam down the stones?
Best answered by bombs from mid-heaven at prayer
With a fire that hollows their bones.

The vampire by sunlight or stake.
The wolfman by silver in bone.
The demon by book, chant and pentagram.
    The fascist by fire alone.

If their gods decree war, God’s war shall prevail.
His lessons are seared in the stone.
No dreams shall defer, nor wishes erase,
The hate that is burned in the bone.

The vampire by sunlight or stake.
The wolfman by silver in bone.
The demon by book, chant and pentagram.
    The fascist by fire alone.

Only by fire is fascism finished.
This sin is demanded that your line may live.
Only through fire is freedom reborn.
Each generation pulls the sword from the stone.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

The ballot box? I agree. That would be ideal. But when that one comes up, it might be too late. Because I can guarantee you that if this horror show of a bill becomes law, no change in the makeup of Congress is ever going to get it repealed.

The tyrants in DC still see fit to jam this shit sandwich down our throats.

Our forefathers would have first hung an effigy in the public square, then marched to their houses. There, they would have tarred and feathered the bastards and run them out of town on a rail, then pulled their house apart to the foundation, board by board.

But in giving us the Constitution, they gave us a framework to follow to hopefully prevent needless bloodshed: The Five Boxes of Liberty. The Soap Box (freedom of speech), the Mail Box (representative government), the Ballot Box (the ability to vote on our representatives), the Jury Box (the ability to judge the laws as well as the people), and the Ammo Box (the ability to defend our liberties by taking arms.)

These five boxes were designed to be used in order. So therefore, I do believe there is one last recourse We the People have before blood in the streets. Before we reach for the Ammo Box, I say we try the Jury Box first. The jury has the right to acquit, even if the defendant broke the law, if the jury finds that the law is repulsive, repugnant, or unjustly applied.

As you stated, the Soap, Mail, and Ballot boxes have stopped working. So now it’s time to shove a shit sammich down THEIR throats. What recourse will they have if tens if not hundreds of thousands of people stand up and say “NO!!!” What will they do if half a million people say “You want to fine me and imprison me for not paying for Gummint Healthcare? Fine. Take me to court, and I want a trial by jury.”

Imagine if everyone did that. Hell, imagine if only 10,000 people did it in each state. Imagine 50,000 people on trial for saying “FUCK YOU” to the Gummint. If even one person in the jury believes Gummint healthcare is wrong and knows that they have the right to acquit…. the defendants either get off with an acquittal, or at worst a hung jury.

The only problem is getting out the word about jury nullification. As described on http://www.jurybox.org, judges don’t like it when defense attorneys bring it up, threatening contempt of court or worse, so most defense attorneys never bring it up, or try to cajole the juries in that direction without coming out and saying “you have the right to judge the law as well as the person on trial.” I recommend that all faithful members of the Rottweilian Empire inform themselves about jury nullification and try to get the word out. Jury nullification helped bring an end to slavery and prohibition, and it is our last hope before resorting to arms.

If enough people say “FUCK YOU. Take me to court and I want a trial by jury!” we can totally clog the court system to the point where prosecuting people for failing to buy ObamaCare (or abide by cap-and-tax regs, or whatever the fuck) would be totally and utterly useless.

And if that doesn’t work…. time for the tar and feathers I say.

I feel so much better now. some deus ex machina will derail this abortion of a bill, and save us from Ovomit. Its just that I remember this script from the McCain-Feingold fiasco. Nobody wanted the onus of killing that misbegotten atrocity. So congress trusted they could look noble and trust Bush to veto. And then Bush trusted SCOTUS to do the dirty work of stopping it. And they said “You want it? you got it.”
Never trust someone else to flush the toilet for you.
