Wacko Jacko Croaks

Because we have to mention it, don’t you know.

Not really. The real reason we have to mention it is this:

He collapsed and stopped breathing after an injection of a powerful painkiller named Demerol.

Jacko, 50, was said to be addicted to the drug – similar to morphine – and it is feared he took an overdose.

No shit, Sherlock? Pumping yourself full of a CNS suppressor might slow down your heartbeat and kill you? Who KNEW??? Well, obviously Mikey was a bit cloudy on the subject.

And this is where we could get really snarky and malicious on the pedo’s arse but, for once, we don’t really have it in us. No, we have very little love for what he became, but we’ll always remember the good ol’ days of Thriller where he kept us boogeying (and laid) every day of the week and twice on Sundays.

We don’t know how he became the monstrous freak show he was in the last part of his life, that’s a task for overpaid moron shrinks to explore, but we do remember how Thriller was one of the very few albums we ever had to replace because we’d worn out the first copy we bought.

We wish he could have lived out the rest of his life in decency, as opposed to the perverted asshole that he’ll be remembered as, thanks to his own actions, but it wasn’t to be.

What a sad end to what could have been a truly great life. What a waste.

I share what is obviously a minority opinion with Brendan and DJ.

If there is a God, let Him judge Michael Jackson, because we are not qualified to. Try living his life and see if you don’t turn out fucked up in the head.

Farrah definitely had my sympathy, I nearly lost my mom to cancer a few years ago, and my sister as well. I lost my Aunt to cancer when I was a kid, it’s a hellish way to die.
It’s harder than hell for me to even force myself to feel even a damned smidgen of sympathy for MJ the plastic surgery disaster, I grew up with a very verbally and psychologically abusive dad, and I’ve NEVER even come close to doing what MJ was accused of.

I agree. From the time Jackson was what, five years old, he lived his life in a fish bowl. He didn’t have a childhood. His abusive father was no better than a slave master who beat his prized slave to go out and make more money.

Add to that the fact that he had absolutely zero chance of ever living a normal life, or even enjoying a normal moment in public, and it’s no wonder he became the freakshow he was at the end.

I never regarded him as a god (or any other entertainer for that matter), and I never hated him for what was unproven accusations of child molestation. Mostly, I felt pity for him.

I hope he finds the peace in the hereafter that he never could find on Earth.

My sympathies are reserved for his kids.
They’re gonna’ have some real sorting out to do after the world he’s bent them in.

He earned my contempt when I saw him swing a baby out over a hotel railing.

    “Hey! ‘Who called a hearse?”

That pic reminds me, I gotta get one of the VW Beetle Pig here. And yes it’s pink. No I do not own or drive it.
As to Jacko, I didn’t like his music then or now. And like Cheapshot say’s about the baby deal, well for me contempt is a really light word.

Jackson was a freak beyond compare, and his actions raised a forest of questions that will never be satisfactorily answered (which he himself allowed by not defending himself in court and clearing his name-or not), but he was never convicted.

Whatever I believe about MJ, I also believe in rule of law. The justice system is deeply flawed, perhaps even broken, and doubly so when dealing with (pathologically weird freakshow) celebrities. We saw only parts of the evidence, spun by the MSM you love and trust so much- so until further evidence emerges (which I doubt will ever happen), I have no choice but to respect the fact that he was not convicted and wonder about what this says about the justice system and the celebrity machine.

It seems to me that celebrities are tried by a court of the media and public opinion, and that the judiciary allows this to interfere with administering justice. It’s all rather sickening, but I don’t want to put myself on the side of guilty until proven innocent.

Michael Jackson was highly, highly suspect and very stupid in his dealings with kids- but he was never proven guilty in a court of law.

I’ll continue to have my suspicions (strong ones), laugh at the jokes (gotta be able to laugh at things), and defend his right to be called innocent (because I must believe in innocent until proven guilty).

However, I’ll never be caught defending his reputation. He made his reputation through his own actions- and that reputation and the enormous suspicion it engendered will cloud his legacy forever.

OK, now I’ve got that out of the way….

(This joke is best told aloud)

What’s the difference between Michael Jackson and Neil Armstrong?

Neil Armstrong walked on the Moon, and Michael Jackson…. (pause for effect, do a little moonwalk if you can) …. liked little boys.

Hell the “black” people I know here call him a “honky”. And other things that I will not post, and growing up in Klan Kountry I thought that I’d hear’d it all. Made my 32 y old ass blush.

When Farrah Fawcett died, St. Peter asked her if she had any requests .. her reply was ‘I want all the little children of the world to be safe’ .. Later that day, Wacko Jacko died …

    Coincidence? I THINK NOT .. 🙂

Jackson was pathetic, more to be pitied than lionized, imo.
