Tough Love

OK, so the fix really was in in VA and the “Old Dominion” appears to have well and truly accepted Stalin’s offer and meekly put on their chains.

Jefferson et al must be drafting a motion in the hereafter to never ever let it be known where they came from, ever again.

But that’s not what this is about. This is about a well-deserved tongue-lashing to the useless “Millennials” who, more than anybody, are responsible for the clusterfark our nation is going through.

You Millenials voted for Obama by a margin of 28 percent, which will make it a lot easier for me to accept the benefits you will be paying for. We warned you that liberalism was a scam designed to take the fruits of your labor and transfer it to us, the older, established generation. Oh, and also to the couch-dwelling, Democrat-voting losers who live off of food stamps and order junk from QVC with their Obamaphones.

You didn’t listen to us. Maybe you’ll listen to pain.

I have been told that being hard on you Millennials will turn you against conservatism, that I should offer you a positive, hopeful message that avoids the touchy problem of your manifest stupidity.

No. There’s no sugar-coating it – your votes for Democrats have ensured that you are the first generation in American history that will fail to exceed what their parents attained. Embracing liberalism was a stupid thing to do, done for the stupidest of reasons, and I will now let you subsidize my affluent lifestyle without a shred of guilt.

And it gets even better after that.

Yes, Millennials: You broke it, you own it, and your plaintive wails as you cry into your lattes (as long as you’re still able to afford them) will be the sweetest of music to my ears. I will nourish myself on your bitter tears as you break your backs trying to make ends meet with your menial part time jobs, paying exorbitant taxes to pay for my benefits. Benefits that you won’t see any of because the entire socialist house of cards will have collapsed long before you get old enough to be eligible.

One of my few remaining joys in life as I see what used to be the richest, freest nation on Earth self-destroy will be seeking out the most wretched among you only to look into your eyes and, with a smile full of delicious schadenfreude, say “I told you so.”

And then, then you might get it. Or not. I don’t care. Because I once knew what it meant to be free. You never will. You burned that bridge behind you when you handed over the reins of power to a socialist community organizer because he was “cool” and “hip” unlike all of those annoying old conservative fogies who kept disturbing your calm with talk about “duty, honor, country, responsibility and paying your damn bills.”

Oh, don’t get me wrong. Your beloved Ear Leader and the members of his Nomenklatura will still be living high on the hog, but you won’t. You never will. Because he slammed that door right in your stupid, spoiled faces when he tanked the economy and loaded it up with so much red tape and regulations that you’ll never, ever be able to start up anything yourselves. Because that would threaten his rich friends who don’t much like competition. So he pulled up the ladder for them and left you on the ground floor.

He’s still laughing at your stupidity, by the way. You actually were stupid enough to believe him. Oh boy he must be laughing his fucking head off while he stuffs it with Wagyu beef and lobster which, I might add, is a great deal more tasty than the soggy noodles which will be the best you’ll ever eat.

And not only were you mindnumbingly stupid enough to buy his lies in ’08, you went ahead and doubled down on imbecility after four years of watching him make jobs disappear, destroy the healthcare insurance system and watching friends and families losing the homes they’d lived in for longer than you’d been alive. In spite of four years of reality punching you in your ignorant, pimpled, self-absorbed faces, you voted for him again.

So no. I won’t be feeling sorry for you. Not only do YOU deserve it, every bit of it, me and mine who get to suffer right alongside with you DON’T deserve it, so there is the matter of payback involved.

And considering the amount of catastrophic damage you, in your ignorance and refusal to, for once, listen to those who knew better than you, unloaded on all of US, that payback is a check that your scrawny, pampered, delusional arses can’t cash.

So, to use your idol’s words: “If you’re having difficulties, dial 1-800-F1U-CKYO.”

Have a nice day.

Thatisall.

Speaking as a Virginian Millenial, I blame the carpetbaggers. :em07:

Real Virginia™ hasn’t been turning blue; it’s people like McAuliffe that’ve been making Fake Virginia™ increasingly blue over the past several years (and for fuck’s sake, they bring their shitty driving habits with them!).

I will attest that well over 90% of the advertising I’ve seen over the past month was Rat. For some reason, McAuliffe managed to outspend Cuccinelli two to one. Yeah, in a perfect world, ads shouldn’t matter, but Virginia gubernatorial elections are base elections, and ads get base voters off their asses. So… thanks for nothing, RNC shitlords!

As for those of us who’ve been voting Dumb for any reason other than the constant indoctrination we’ve been treated to from day one… they’ll get what’s coming to them. Being able to say “told you so” will be little consolation when sharing in the misery, but I can live with it.

Of course we paint with a broad brush and for certain there are many, many millenials that “Get It”. Taken as a whole we do indeed have an entire generation of self-absorbed, self-centered citizens. They are arrogant and rarely if ever, operate off of a principle thought. Watch television for more than a few minutes and pay careful attention to the advertising. This group wants everything right now, the idea that something worth having takes time, months and years of work to attain something of value, is foreign to them. Their pain and it will be agony is coming and soon. They failed to learn from history, indeed it’s been suppressed and re-written in academia and the ferryman has extended his hand.

I too, will take pleasure in seeing them wail and moan when they are paying that price.

Sure, McAuliffe spent a boat load of money in this election — it certainly didn’t hurt him. But HE was able to frame the distinctions in such a way that the voters could identify with.

I don’t like McAuliffe — never have. If he and Rahm Emanuel were suddenly to be hit by asteroids, it wouldn’t be any great loss.

There will probably be this huge Congressional toilet flush you hear a year from now — not just on the Right but on BOTH sides of the aisle as people move to replace those elected officials who are so polarized that they can’t get ANYthing done. I know this will probably cause all sorts of indigestion over here, since you somehow think that YOUR positions are “mainstream”, just as it will cause heartburn for a lot of people on the Left who also think that *they* are the mainstream.

The institutions have been totally co-opted, and the bastards pulled up the ladders behind them. People of our mindset no longer have any representation in this government, and the apparatus will go out of it’s way to see to the continuation of the status-quo.

elaborate please, if we don’t change it by getting inside the system and cleaning it up then how do we fix it?

You are familiar with 4th generation warfare yes? Escalation is the name of the game. Deliberately provoke fedgov into overplaying their tyranny. Push and up-the-ante at every turn. Force them to peel away the velvet from their iron fist, then more overt actions become legitimized.

So where to start? Mass protests are good, with some targeted civil unrest or property destruction. And when I say targeted I mean targeted. Ripping out all the barricades and dumping them on the white house lawn is a good one. Destroying government property – such as the vandalism that went on at the various road-blocks is another excellent example. The destruction needs to be clever, appropriate, and substantial enough to make the giant swat back.

Other options? Sabotage, both economic and literal is a nice addition. We each have opportunities to break something important when FedGov is not looking – yes? We can also use our money in ways that brings material harm to it’s institutions.

We can damage it by withdrawing our money. Participate in the shadow economy whenever and wherever possible. Pay cash for everything, and ask for cash discounts. Adjust your taxes creatively into oblivion by donations to various charities and claiming dependents. Adopt those lovely little tax-deductions if you don’t have them – give them a nice home – and indoctrinate the holy-shit out of them.

Breed. Breed like crazy, and home school’em. Fuck for freedom! Keep the rug-rats out of FedGov shit-hole education centers. Make them go to church, keep the fucking TV off unless supervised, and teach the kids useful shit like shooting, archery, and woodcraft.

Network with neighbors. Find out who you can trust, and slowly establish an axillary amongst them. They don’t need to know your intent – get their slowly. Baby-steps, choose friends wisely, keep your propaganda up, and by the time they are needed, they’ll be volunteering to help. Safe houses and like minded folks working together are what enables a resistance movement. Start laying the groundwork now – it will be needed.

Gather people with useful skills and like minds – engineers, tradesmen, metal workers, aka demolitions experts, support staff, and munitions manufacturers. Help them when they are in bad shape economically. Patronize their businesses when you can afford to – and when you can’t. Find reasons to hire them. Your charity will be remembered when excrement hits the rotating oscillator, and they will be willing to render services, or perhaps look the other way while you use their equipment.

Use your vote as a weapon. Vote for whoever you think will make things WORSE. Vote for those who will sew chaos in the ranks. Vote for the Rodeo-clown. Put every absolute idiot you can find in office, and let them do the work of de-legitimizing themselves and pissing away their mandate for you.

Start laying in supplies, first at home, then with small caches in alternate locations. Get a large garden established, and learn to can. Rasberries are a great source of vitamin C and easy to grow. Self sufficiency is an anathema to the FedGoons. Not only can you resist them for a long time if they try to pull a “Ukraine,” you can funnel said supplies to the resistance – supplies purchased or grown before FedGov starts really looking for that sort of thing.

Get in shape, Get your kids and nieces and nephews in shape. Teach group tactics and organization skills, disguised as games – paintball is exceptional for this, but many team sports teach this as well. Teach general bush-craft if in a rural area, civics and urban survival skills if in a city.

Learn to love propaganda. Use social media, buy some cheap radio spots, buy a newspaper ad. Pick at scabs. Make fliers and place them around parking lots. Nothing in depth, just a sentence in big letters and a picture – so that even the annoyed people ripping it off their wipers will see it. Spend some time each day going to various message boards, and pushing your agenda. Keep it pithy.

Mockery is a deadly weapon – use it prolifically and publicly to embarrass and shame. Ridicule, snark, and be-clown the opposition. The most deadly barbs are those thrown with a grin.

This is where I would start sir. We make things ungovernable, and as FedGov’s control crumbles, they will act rashly. This will justify their overthrow, and legitimize those who will then be able to fight them in a more open manner. It will also badly degrade the Feds ability to fight, as the economic damage the above suggestions will inflict will be, to put it bluntly – dramatic. Hellfire missiles cost lots of money.

This is of course just the foundation. Much much move overt things start happening down the road. But the key now, is to lay the foundation for the axillary, and poke at the FedNazi’s with a long stick until they boil the frogs too fast.

TLDR: We need to force them to make things worse. That’s the goal. Use every resource at your disposal to provoke/encourage FedGov into being even bigger pricks than they are now.

Dougherty’s Law and the Blame Game: The Truth About Cuccinelli’s Loss : The Other McCain

You can read the entire 2,500-word article, which was filed on Tuesday, Sept. 3 — the day after Labor Day — and yet fairly well summarizes what we now know: McAuliffe invested his huge fundraising advantage in early attack ads that “defined” Cuccinelli before the Republican candidate had enough money to reply effectively. By the time Cuccinelli began fighting back, he was on the defensive, and had already lost a key segment of the electorate. You should ignore any post-election analysis that doesn’t address that basic tactical problem.
    - Robert Stacy McCain

And anybody who doesn’t address the reason for that “basic tactical problem” – mainly, that the Republican candidate didn’t have enough money to begin fighting back – is ignoring the rather huge Elephant in the room. Cuccinelli didn’t have the money because the Gentry GOP moneybags refused to back him. And the Gentry GOP in the state did everything they could to stab him in the back.

Stacy may be willing to let bygones be bygones. After all, he’s the self-styled political expert, and his analyses are always correct. Me, I’m just a liberty-minded conservative tired of being betrayed by those who hate me and my beliefs, so I’m willing to tear the guts out of that useless old party and start over. I’d rather lose than help “a spirit of cooperation necessary to effective coalition politics” continue to destroy everything I believe in.

Cuccinelli advisor blames Bobby Jindal, RGA for defeat: ‘They just blew it’
    http://dailycaller.com/2013/11/06/cuccinelli-advisor-blames-bobby-jindal-rga-for-defeat-they-just-blew-it/

Cuccinelli, who narrowly lost last night’s gubernatorial election to Terry McAuliffe, was badly outspent in the days and weeks leading up to the election. The New York Times‘ Jonathan Martin described Cuccinelli’s plight as having been “close to abandoned at the end.” He was. As Politico’s James Hohmann reported, ”The Republican National Committee spent about $3 million on Virginia this year, compared to $9 million in the 2009.” And as the Roanoke Times noted, in 2009, the Chamber of Commerce spent $973,000 on Bob McDonnell, but “[t]his year, the chamber gave Cuccinelli nothing.”

But it was the Republican Governor’s Association (RGA) and chairman Bobby Jindal who drew the most ire from a Cuccinelli advisor I spoke to on Wednesday morning — this, despite the fact that the RGA spent millions on the race.

“Bobby Jindal’s presidential campaign is over,” said the Cuccinelli advisor. “He screwed this up so bad. And I don’t know why. The campaign knew it was moving numbers over ObamaCare. And the RGA was not very far from that information, they could have obtained it themselves,” the advisor continued. “They should have given the money to the campaign to spend as opposed to running these stupid China ads. They just blew it.”

Conversely, the Democratic Governor’s Association (which actually spent less on McAuliffe) gave money directly to the campaign. This meant they could focus like a laser beam on their message — for example, attacking Cuccinelli for advocating a “war on women.” (Conversely, the advisor says because Cuccinelli’s team didn’t control much of the RGA’s money, they weren’t able to focus on hitting the ObamaCare issue as part of a closing argument.)

According to a DGA memo (authored by communications director Danny Kanner) released last night: “The DGA contributed a total of $6.5 million to the McAuliffe campaign over the last year, an unprecedented investment for the organization in Virginia. Roughly $6 million of that sum was transferred directly to the campaign, a strategic decision that POLITICO reported was the “most important” of all those made by the extraordinarily coordinated Democratic effort to win the race.”

And the DGA even went out of their way to mock the RGA’s strategy, saying: “The DGA’s wise investments stood in stark contrast to those of the Republican Governors Association. Despite laws in Virginia that allow for unlimited financial contributions and complete coordination between the campaigns and outside groups, the RGA tried to run a different campaign than their own candidate – a puzzling strategy that made both the Cuccinelli campaign and the RGA less effective.”

It wasn’t a puzzling strategy. It was a deliberate loss, so they could point to this and say “See what happens when we let these troglodyte conservatives run?”

Then they will gesture to Crispy-Kreme… and say…

    http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/11/05/Cuccinelli-Campaign-Says-National-GOP-Abandoned-Them-We-Were-on-Our-Own

A campaign strategist for Republican Virginia gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli said that the national GOP abandoned the campaign in its final days.

At the end of the race, Cuccinelli was closing in on Democrat Terry McAuliffe, who eked out a two-point victory on Tuesday despite exit polls that showed McAuliffe was up by seven points.

According to the Washington Post, Chris La Civita said that financial support from national Republican sources dried up on October 1.

“There are a lot of questions people are going to be asking and that is, was leaving Cuccinelli alone in the first week of October, a smart move?” La Civita said after Cuccinelli’s concession speech, according to the Post. “We were on our own. Just look at the volume [of ads].”

The Virginia race — the GOP boosters’ rather dismissive sneers to the contrary — was in essence fixed, if not directly that with careful and deliberate sabotage. The GOP spent $3 million dollars on Cuccinelli’s race, they claimed, even though as Mark Levin pointed out in a call to WMAL to “correct” Reince Priebus, much of that money went toward the “autopsy” that itself set out to declare that elections were being lost (by Mourdock, for instance) because the candidates the people were putting up weren’t those preferred by the GOP king makers and deal makers. Contrast this to the $9 million they spent on Bob McConnell — who won by 17 pts, and who didn’t have the entire force of the left in Virginia to try to defeat him — and you can see exactly what the GOP establishment was up to here.

The establishment wing of the GOP, those I call the Gentry GOP, are as inextricably entwined with, and dependent on, the power of the state as any Democrat. So they view any attempt to lessen the power and wealth of the state (which they view as their own power and wealth) as a direct threat to them – just as the Democrats do.

Make no mistake: this is personal self interest at stake. This is food from their mouths, clothing from their childrens’ backs, their gold plated benefits, their well-funded retirements – and those damned conservatives want to take that away from them.

    How dare they?

It’s time that conservatives understand the vast gulf that now exists between them and the Gentry GOP, and why it exists: The basic interests of the two are as opposite as they could possibly be. Conservatives view the state as inmical to personal liberty, financial solvency, and human concern. The Gentry GOP, on the other hand, view the state as their lifeblood, and will do anything they can to make sure the blood keeps right on flowing.

The Gentry already understands that gulf on a visceral level. It’s time conservatives begin to do so as well.

At least part of the “paying your damn bills” bit is bullshit, too – the result of the rigged system. The best examples are student loans and home loans – the lender, like the borrower, should also face risk: the borrower from an imprudently obtained loan, and the lender from an imprudently granted one. Lenders should face consequences for giving loans to students majoring in Mayan Lesbian Poetry – there’s virtually *NO* chance that the person getting that degree is going to make a living with it. Banks should face consequences for giving out NINJA loans. However, in both cases, a lot of the lenders have structured the law so that they don’t.

Consider also that a lot of the big bills out there are created through the exercise of near monopolistic power – health care and education being two of the more obvious offenders.

People should pay what they fairly owe, but, when faced with garbage bills, should also be free to tell the claimant: “I pray thee, bear my former answer back: Bid them achieve me and then sell my bones…Come thou no more for ransom, gentle herald:
