Now We Know Why Weepy Boner and the Rest of the Establishment GOP Don’t Feel a Need to Fight OgabeCare

They just opted out of it.

WASHINGTON, Aug 7 (Reuters) – Congress has won some partial relief for lawmakers and their staffs from the “Obamacare” health reforms that it passed and subjected itself to three years ago.

In a ruling issued on Wednesday, U.S. lawmakers and their staffs will continue to receive a federal contribution toward the health insurance that they must purchase through soon-to-open exchanges created by President Barack Obama’s signature healthcare law.

The decision by the Office of Personnel Management, with Obama’s blessing, will prevent the largely unintended loss of healthcare benefits for 535 members of the Senate and House of Representatives and thousands of Capitol Hill staff.

The rest of you plebes can just go fuck yourselves because Weepy Boner and his fucktoy interns got themselves a big, fat waiver because… They’re betterer than you. Or maybe they’re just not deserving of the glory and wonder that is OgabeCare, so they’re actually punishing themselves by exempting themselves from the rape of our nation’s healthcare industry.

If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. As long as you work for FedGovCo. If not, oh well. Get back to work, peasant. Those Cadillac Plans that your betters are enjoying under their Get Out of Rationing and Death Panels Free™ cards that they just printed for themselves will cost money, you know, so go earn some taxes for them!

No wonder that they don’t feel any particular urge to defund something that they won’t be affected by in the littlest bit, thanks to themselves. Obviously they did manage to find time in their busy schedule of fucking underage interns and accepting bribes to vote themselves out of the hell that 80% of American voters don’t want any part of.

It must be so nice to be part of the nomenklatura.

Well played, Weepy Boner, McCockhead et al, well played indeed.

Please, al Qaeda, if you want to make up for 9/11, nuke Washington DC. We solemnly swear that we will forgive any and all past transgressions if you do so. Just be sure to do so while they’re all in session, which only happens on about two days out of a year’s 365, so we realize that it’ll be a bit difficult.

Thatisall.

    Two issues with this.

    1) We just need to clean out the vermin. I would rather not lose the museums and libraries.
    2) We should not be looking to sub-contract this.

My recommendations, Find a local contractor to do the job and see if China will sell a couple of Neutron bombs so we can irradiate the city to kill all the germs an bacteria currently poisoning the city.

I agree with my brethren Rotties in that this is not a job we will export. This is OUR chance to be the reborn Sons of Liberty and take care of business ourselves. Besides, if Al Qaeda does our job for us we will have to deal with unintended consequence of having to deal with sympathy being placed on Congress. This is unacceptable in any form. No, this is an American job to be done by Americans.

On a more serious note, WTF do think would happen??? Congress has exempted itself from ADA, OSHA, EPA etc, requirements. They do it automatically every time they pass a new fucking law. Somebody just plain fucked up and forgot to cut in paste the relevant paragraph.

I would say, “Let it Burn” but it won’t, it’s too big for that to happen. I would say that Obamacare will collapse under it’s own weight, but it won’t, see Medicare, circa 1966. The money isn’t real, neither is the debt, or it WOULD have already been burning; The stakes are way higher than that in terms of power. The Bush’s weren’t just kidding when they mentioned ‘new world order’.

The 2A might just turn out to be the most important amendment of all…

The fuckwarts known as al Qaeda would never consider doing anything to DC as they are:
    a) supposedly interested in bringing America down, not helping it, and,
    b) are probably just another group on the Washington DC clandestine and parasitic payroll anyway – nobody throws away money. Any proper resolution re: the 535 DC shitbirds will have to come from the USA Citizens, not external sources.

The end of WWII (when millions of soldiers returned home with skills that scared the living shit out of the politicians), marked the beginning of an era marked by unprecedented prosperity in the United States. This was deemed necessary as, after 1793 (the French Revolution), the “ruling class” figured out that men would not revolt if they possessed anything they feared losing.

Being a long-term project, the common man was allowed to become prosperous, gaining much he feared the loss of. As a sculptor, government slowly shaped the country and its laws, attempting a “claw-back” of “rights” allowed knowing full well it would take many years to accomplish their goals – think of the frog that will sit in water as it’s heated to a boil and die.

Allowing the prosperity after WWII was the beginning of the government’s “breeding program” designed to, generation by generation, breed the balls off the electorate, making them more tolerant of their benevolent keepers. With Lyndon Johnson’s “Great Society”, a permanent underclass (intentionally with racial division) was born to further divide the citizens.

Add 50 years of pandering to the “zero” element and we have the USSA of today.

So again, I ask – why would a so-called “enemy” do anything against any institution that has been working so diligently to accomplish the same goals?

This is going to be the only thing that will spark revolt. I think that we’re to the point they can confiscate a majority guns and get away with it. But take away the free shit??? Matt Bracken explains via WRSA:

Bracken: When The Music Stops – How America’s Cities May Explode In Violence

We have seen them all before, and we shall see them all again as history rhymes along regardless of the century or the generation of humankind nominally in control of events. But the next time we are visited by widespread, large-scale urban riots, a dangerous new escalation may be triggered by a fresh vulnerability: It’s estimated that the average American home has less than two weeks of food on hand. In poor minority areas, it may be much less. What if a cascading economic crisis, even a temporary one, leads to millions of EBT (electronic benefit transfer) cards flashing nothing but ERROR? This could also be the result of deliberate sabotage by hackers, or other technical system failures. Alternatively, the government might pump endless digits into the cards in a hopeless attempt to outpace future hyperinflation. The government can order the supermarkets to honor the cards, and it can even set price controls, but history’s verdict is clear: If suppliers are paid only with worthless scrip or blinking digits, the food will stop.

When this happens (and it will) the rural locals starting at 40-60 miles out are going to set up roadblocks, strong-points and ambushes to keep the locusts out. Remember the French Resistance started out with nothing, no training, no supplies, no weapons and in three years grew to be the second most powerful resistance movement in Europe.

As for marches on DC over this? Forget about it. The sheeple have either given up or resigned themselves to the dictates of their supposed masters because they have too many other concerns…like 4 out of 5 Americans at, near or below the poverty line. But the Black Swan is circling and is look for a place to land and when she does…

Anthony, first off I am VERY familiar with the Affordable Care Act seeing how I read the entire bill due to career necessity. Also, I am saying that we SHOULD be marching on every town hall, every Congresscritters home district office and every state capital. We should be angered enough to ensure that no incumbent ever wins re-election. We should also be pissed enough to once and for all put the fear of God into the asses of these elitist douchebags.
People need to be effected personally before they act. Like they say, a recession is when your neighbor loses their job. A depression is when you lose yours.

Agreed, but that breaks down at this point:

Malone: You said you wanted to get Capone. Do you really wanna get him? You see, what I’m saying is, what are you prepared to do?

    Ness: Anything within the law.

Malone: And *then* what are you prepared to do?

That’s where the crickets start chirping.

The Sons of Liberty were willing to commit treason (sometimes violent treason, at that). There aren’t many willing to do that today (not that there were probably ever all that many active Sons of Liberty, either).

Naah, I think it would be better to grab them when they are “Visiting their districts in San Tropez.” Then you won’t have to worry about the logistics and maintain better security.

It might have the added benefit of scaring the living crap out of the others. Think of the news stories as each one is found. No clues, and no claims of responsibility. (False flags might work, blame the Teamsters or something)

A lot of people have lost their jobs, and a lot more, such as myself, have taken a serious haircut because of this bullshit. Again, I am not calling you or anyone out here…Believe me, I am just as frustrated as anyone else, but where are all of those people? IOW, if it’s going to burn, it will start with us, not them, I really believe that.

If you think .gov will all of a sudden let EBT cards become worthless, you are very mistaken; they know better. As I said, this is not about the money, the debt and money is the hand everyone is watching, while the other one is doing the dirty work. For instance, my brother brought up the fact that we owe China a lot of cash, and my response was, “Yeah, so what?”. If we tell them to pound sand, what are they going to do? Put swimmies on their army so they can come and take it? Sell enough plush toys to Europeans to feed 1.5 billion people? See what I mean?

I believe shits gonna get really ugly, just not in the way, and not as fast as most people assume. The question remains, what are we going to do about it, which, I suppose, is a rhetorical question. A better question would be, who’s first?

If we tell China to go F themselves we now have a real global problem. China will lean on Russia economically with Russia not needing too much prodding to want to drop the gloves on the ice with us. China then gives open support to that crackpot in North Korea letting him get his beer muscles all in a rage. China wouldn’t need to act directly against the U.S. All they have to do is stir the pot around the globe and piss off enough people who already hate us.
As for acting, I think when it happens (notice I did not say if) it will be out of left field but it will be huge and it will be crippling. No one wants to be the first over the parapet. People want to know they are not acting alone. If all of the militias, freedom forces and resistance groups united, that would be the key.
The other thing is (to use a mob saying), no one likes to go into the unknown not knowing. Will the cops join the militias or engage them? Will the National Guard stand down or become active combatants?
