My thoughts on Christopher Dorner, or “Sit down kiddies, I’m going to say things that are really going to PISS YOU OFF” UPDATED

Blame Wirecutter for getting me started.

As of this writing Chris Dorner is alive, upright and walking around still scaring the shit out of cops all over California.  They should be.  I don’t know what set him off; It could have been he had a mother who left him constantly to go be a fuck toy around the globe.  Or he could have had a father who was a rutting pig who eventually drank himself to death.  Or he could have had grandparents’ who were fanatical communists who, when they tired of the little brat, dumped him off on another fanatical communist who also happened to be a murdering child diddler.  We don’t know.

All that we do know is that he’s insane but not crazy.  Crazy would mean he’s a drooling moron incapable of operating in a normal world.  He ain’t all that, but he is insane but so was Hitler and look what he accomplished.  Remember, he’s one man who has single handily turned professional law enforcement into the Three Stooges.  One man.

Why is this important?  Because he’s doing what hundreds of thousands, if not millions of us Americans are going to do if/when Obongo The Kenyan Klingon Fucker™ goes full tilt dictator.

Here’s the part that will piss you off.

What Dorner is doing is classic Asymmetric Warfare or Fourth Generational Warfare (4GW) and so far, doing it very well.  Shooting the daughter of the guy you blame for fucking you over in the head is horrifying, terrifying and very, very effective.  It sends a message that is both nihilistic and clear.  By any means necessary and this is why the LAPD is terrified.  He not only will kill us, he’ll go after our families.  Kind of makes you realize that maybe you need to clean up your act.  Genghis Khan and his merry band did the same thing.  He rode up to a village and made them an offer that they couldn’t refuse but if they did he simply killed everyone, burned and looted the village and then pissed on the ashes.  Brutal but effective and I don’t think he had a line item in his budget for a PR guy.

Again, one man.  You did pick up your copy of Resistance to Tyranny didn’t you?

Dorners’ had five years to prepare for this and has managed again, alone, to up end the entire law enforcement community to the point that they’re shooting first and asking questions later.  He’s taken their playbook and rewriting it to suit his own environment i.e. he knows their training, tactics and techniques and is using that knowledge against them.  Add in the training he received with Naval Security Forces and you have a very bad dude.  Insane but not crazy.  After all he has over 200 cops trudging up and down mountains, freezing their asses off looking for him and nothing to show for it.  This guy is not going to barricade himself in a house and wait for the SWAT guys.  The SLA tried that and Nancy Ling Perry and Camilla Hall got ventilated and the rest became over cooked steaks (A1 anybody?).  The NVA also tried in the beginning to stand up to the American running dogs of Capitalism but soon realized that was a one way ticket to a dirt nap.  Running and hiding after shooting is a completely justifiable tactic. He’s going to take the fight to them.

The other part that makes (or least it should) the LAPD (and OGAs) terrified is that what if he’s built a support network/system that will aid him?  What if he has created a system that will give him food, shelter, cover, money, first aid and most of all intelligence for not only survival but offensive planning?  Now to really piss off the world and I’M NOT PASSING JUDGMENT here.  In some communities a plurality, if not an outright majority, of minorities see the LAPD as a racist, tyrannical army of occupation, much like Paloswines see the IDF.  Again, I’m not passing judgment but that’s the reality.  What if Dorner has tapped into this?  In some parts of LA the thugs have an ISR capability that would make the old MVD green with envy.  They know where every LAPD officer and car is almost 24/7 and they have the ability it relay that information in a timely manner.  If Dorner has managed ingratiate himself into this network then it could be years before they could flush him out.  Don’t believe me just look on Twitchy and see who the liberals are rooting for.  Think they might do more if asked?

Again, read Wirecutters take on what will happen and learn the lessons.

btw, anybody checked Charlie Sheen’s house lately?

Update:  Somebody might think I have a man crush on Wirecutter but, fuck, he nails it.

I wonder who they’re going to fuck up next – a nun in a Toyota sedan because she’s wearing black? A heavyset black businessman on his way to the office in his SUV?

If Rodney King was still alive I bet he’d be catatonic, barricaded in his bedroom.

Update II:  From ZeroHedge:  US To Use Drones in Chris Dorner Manhunt.  The money shot:

And once Dorner is found by remote-control, it will be again up to drones to secure his “elimination.” If for no other reason than to perform a ground test of just how the recently enacted drone-facilitated extermination of US citizens sits with various instances of the US judicial system.

The terrified and cowardly response of police to one lone man who is actively hunting them is a GOOD thing. Imagine 1,000 Chris Dorners, 10,000, a million, 20 million people shooting at the police. That’s exactly what will happen if gov’t tries banning our semi-autos.

I don’t think even the entire US military could handle 20,000 insurgents…they couldn’t in Iraq and Afghanistan. 20,000 shepherds with “assault weapons” beat the whole US military like a drum.

One thought… having read his entire manifest from beginning to end.. I just want to kick this around here and see what people think of it:

When you compare the part of Dorner’s manifesto where he is discussing tactics and logistics… it’s a huge shift in tone from where he is fawning over Juggears and Piers Morgan.

    So… I ask this…

Let’s say you were an honest cop… and a highly intelligent, military trained Operator, who had his life unjustifiably destroyed by crooked cops, whilw watching your country turn into a statistic hell, and, no longer being able to tolerate the shit one second longer, decided NOW was the time to re-enact first blood.

Would you dump your cherished copies of “Ameritopia, Liberty and Tyranny, Righteous Indignation, and the Thomas Sowell Reader” in the back of your car, drape yourself in a Gadsden Flag, and commence with Revolution 2.0?

Or, being a highly intelligent special operations officer, would you instead, in what could only be described as “mood-whiplash” append your “declaration of intent” with a fawning swan-song extolling the virtues of, and hitching your wagon to, the people you hate the most?

I can say, speaking personally, that, before I would participate in ANY truly insurrectionist activity, I would cleanse my library, destroy my computers, break any ties with “legitimate” conservative personalities and organizations, and make sure my library was filled with books by Michel Moore and Al Gore. Set up a facebook page extolling the virtues of Marx and Engels, and in my goddamned pocket, (for when I finally got cornered and shot to death), would be Rules for Radicals and Prairie Fire.

Would also probably make some very large political donations to the likes of Schumar and Fienstien.

Gonna be demonized by the media regardless, might as well give some shit-swelling Statist fuck a bear-hug as I pull the metaphorical cord on my suicide vest.

    Just something to ponder.

I do believe personally, thought about this last night. The LAPD, considered by many the most corrupt police department nationwide, wants him silenced at all costs. And have failed miserably. They have managed to look like the Kestone Kops, shot up a car with two innocent women delivering newspapers, etc. I would be willing to bet some high ranking poilice officials, not to mention politicians, are shitting their pants right now.
He is now becoming a folk legend…..and they are living in fear….looking like fools.

Sorry, I can’t get behind this lunatic. My family has a long line of law enforcement officers in it going back to Mew Mexico Territory in the 1880’s. This guy is targeting his brother officers, and regardless of the cause, you don’t shoot someone’s daughter without a rock solid reason….which he doesn’t have. He’s targeted line officers and not the bureaucrats that are responsible for firing him. We pro 2nd Amendment, Gadsden flag flying Americans do NOT need this bastard as an icon….let the goddamned leftists that are cheering him on have him.

    Orion growls and barks:

I’ve made this argument for nearly 30 years.

If you’re completely bat-sh$t bonkers and willing to do whatever it takes, cops are NOT hard to take down. They have regular shifts, well-known procedures, an very vulnerable stations that they regularly return to with very vulnerable communications networks. If you took a month or two to prepare, you could probably take out every LAPD cop in a single day.

Fortunately, I think this guy is wacked-out past the point of that degree of planning; He’s only made one attack and then disappeared. I strongly doubt we’ll hear from him again until they locate him. If he’s NOT that nuts, if he’s (as was suggested above) playing the long-game sniping and going for terror, they’re in for a very long fight. That would put him in the evil-genius category as we would watch the civilian casualties from freaked-out cops rise until the people themselves do something about the cops.

  13. 13
LC HJ Caveman82952 growls and barks:

He’s nuts, Jaybear, no doubt about it. But he is diabolically nuts, possessed of a purpose. In my view his a psy-ops operation on his part, playing his role most competently. What I feel stone cold about is the past destroying of him as a man, for what purpose, I do not know. I fervently believe there is much we do not know. As well as good, honest cops.
I too, have many friends in law enforcement, and want none of them harmed. It appears the LAPD may be soon to kill an innocent civilian, by his design, he knows them, noting previous behaviors. They cannot blame this on racism, not this time. As to why a lawers daughter was shot, sending a powerful message his goal, and did succeed.
Certainly nothing I wanted to happen. But the observations obvious, painfully so.
I don’t think it will end well, for anybody.
But I also note his message to those in government, especially oppressive government…..and I share your belief, politicians causing this, not the officers.
Unless, of course, he is saving them…for later. You can bet they know this.

What if he has created a system that will give him food, shelter, cover, money, first aid and most of all intelligence for not only survival but offensive planning?

Here’s the problem with those 2 sentences. If Obama goes full blown dictator, then the same people who are supporting Dorner will support Obama AGAINST us. If there is a network helping Dorner, it will help any and all Obama supporters against those who would oppose Obama being a dictator. That makes our battle much harder. I’m hoping he’s not getting any real help.

    LC Light29ID growls and barks:

    Orion @ #:

Exactly. What he did was drop a pebble into a calm pond and watch the ripples spread out creating their own actions, reactions and counter-actions and multiplying on their own. Or, put another way, they found his burning truck on a frozen mountain and 200 officers are running around looking for him and for all they know he could be sipping margaritas on the balcony of a beach house in Malibu.

He’s an insane, nihilistic murderer but he’s doing it right from the tactical standpoint and my overall point was that he’s doing what III% will do when they come for us. That’s one thing the Liberal elites need to think about if they’re going to keep trying to oppress us. Does anybody here think that one of us wouldn’t do it to their family if they did it to ours?

  18. 18
    HempRopeAndStreetlight growls and barks:

The LAPD are already kicking doors down without warrants, and shooting up trucks that are not even the same color – let alone make and model – as the suspects. Hell, if he wanted to be a real terror, all he has to do at this point is call in “sightings” of himself. The terror-stricken LAPD will tear up local after local, bleeding money, breeding law suits, and spreading ill-will until, as you say Orion… the people start taking things into their own hands.

When police operate as many of these big city forces have, for so long, (like petty tyrants), they bleed the citizenry out of all the good will. The people don’t see the cops are peacekeepers anymore. The see them as enforcers, who step on their lives and destroy them with no repercussions to themselves.

Think the officers who shot those women and kicked in all those cabin doors without warrants will face serious repercussions?

It was willfully negligent shooting 40 slugs into that truck that didn’t even match the suspect’s vehicle. Had a citizen done this, the D.A. would see to it they were crucified – but the officers that mistook a blue Toyota with 2 small Asian ladies for a grey Nissan with a 250lb black guy in it will see a wrist slap if that.

Two laws. One for the gentry and their goons, another for us peons.

This is why Jessie James and Billy the Kid operated as long as they did. When the government makes itself the enemy of free people, anyone putting the brass tacks to the government becomes a hero – even if they are a train-robber, a 15 year old sell-gun, or a pissed off ex-cop murderer on a rampage.

    First, he’s a leftist douchebag.
Second, and mainly, he’s exposing how easy it will be to oppose the regime if they do decide to go full Bolshevik on us. LAPD is nothing more than the largest and strongest gang of thugs in LA. ONE MAN has exposed the weakness of the most militarized police force in America. Hurt a couple of them and the irrational trigger happy goon comes out in force, adding to the already strong hatred and distrust they’ve earned.
There are also some valuable lessons for patriots. Don’t barricade yourself in a house, fortress, bunker, compound, retreat, or whatever. Stay mobile. With mobility and knowledge and understanding of the mindset police are trained to, along with their doctrine and tactics, they’re sitting ducks and can be paralyzed at will.
20 million guerrillas, most of whom would likely be “lone wolves”, would end tyrannical regimes pretty quickly.

The two biggest weaknesses of large, conventional forces (read police departments, FBI, DEA, DHS, ATF, etc.) are logistics and self-interest. Agency or cross-agency level ops require far too much coordination and communication to operate efficiently or adapt to changing conditions effectively. Want to stop a force from chasing you? Start a forest fire, wreck a city bus, blow a water main or a gas line, take a pot shot at an air traffic control tower or a hospital. The most effective tool in the hands of unconventional forces (read criminals, fugitives, guerrillas, insurgents, drug cartels, etc.) is knowledge of where/how to get to the loved ones of the conventional forces. I don’t give a shit how gung-ho some DHS blue-shirt is to enforce a road-side checkpoint … you send him a photo of his kid looking out his bedroom window and I guaran-damn-tee you that Mr. gung-ho won’t be showing up for work tomorrow.

Bill Quick over at Daily Pundit: Nobody Believes Cops Are Your Friends – And Haven’t For A Hell of a Long Time

I tend to agree with the man. I once held different views – saw police as the guys that keep us safe. Then my niece got her car stolen by drunkards, wrecked, left sitting in the middle of a playground, and the cops tried to blame HER for the deed. Tens of thousands in legal fees later, she was exonerated. The culprits were later discovered to be the wealthy kids of a city councilwoman.

They raked her over the coals, and frankly, their behavior elsewhere has been pretty much just as appalling. Police ain’t your friend, and I advise all of my nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews to NEVER, under ANY circumstances, talk to police about anything. Never call them, never speak to them, never look at them if you can help it – things are better if you never draw their attention at all. Their job is to look for an excuse to seize your assets and put you in jail.

If your conscience compels you to report something, even if you are in no way involved, you contact your counsel and report it through them. Never meet with police in your home, you go to the station – with your lawyer present. You keep you mouth shut like it was two beams of wielded Reardon steel.

    I miss peace officers.

What we have is “law enforcement” – two very different things. Proceed accordingly.

    1) if a civilian decides to play spray and pray because their buddy ‘warns them” on a cell phone at random he does not get a ’30-75 shot get out of jail free card”

    2) They bulletstormed 2 separate vehicles as an area LE set without threat assessment or IDing themselves….

I cannot believe that that is not intentional.

If LAPD gets to play judge jury and executioner what precisely is the moral argument that an ex-infantryman who is if nothing else a better %shooter than the LE guys have shown cannot play the same game in their neighborhoods with drug dealers or other felons?

Dorner is using red team psychology from FM 3-24 to force CA LE to destroy its moral case for deference, trust, and aid with the people of the greater LA area…..

he is way inside their OODA loop and I am NOT thrilled about it, but unless and until LAPD accepts that they need precise, ruthless application of force within a narrow window and should attempt to meet the moral duty to follow the law they will keep undermining their ability to perform LE duties later.

    This is bad.

I’ve lived my whole life here in L.A. and known the LAPD to go from the most corrupt (the 30’s and 40’s), to the most professional force (under Davis and Gates, even though the lefties didn’t like the laws being actually applied), back to a political corrupt organization again (getting blatantly political under Parks).

The few times I’ve dealt with LE, LAPD has been the most pleasant. The Sheriff’s have treated me like some sort of scum that deserved to be arrested, but they just couldn’t figure out what to pin on me, and the CHP who berated me and held me up for over an hour trying every trick they could to bust me on a DUI while I was stone cold sober.

I’ve, of course, been following the events here, and this bastard they are tracking has a history going all the way back to high school of complaining about “racism”, so I’m looking at this as this asshat is someone that has problems that he’s blaming everyone in the world on except himself. Ignoring the one common denominator.

I will say that on the day this broke I was glad I didn’t have to drive into LAPD territory. I have a red Ford F-150 and you know, one pick-up looks just like another.

A lot of folks think this guy is some kind of hero (nobody on the Rott, at least) because LAPD is corrupt, arrogant and self-serving. The way I look at it is slightly more karmic. The LAPD created this guy, either by not recognizing his insanity or encouraging it through self-serving stupidity. And now they are made to look like corrupt fools. Well… Karma has been served. Now we see the LAPD for what they are. To those LAPD officers who are still clean and aren’t arrogant government stooges… now’s as good a time as any to move on to better pastures.

As for the asshat Dorner himself, there is no excusing him either. He murdered innocents in cold blood to serve his sick, twisted idea of revenge. He isn’t a hero fighting the system. He -IS- the System. He’s an indication of just how far down some departments have gone, how shitty government has become. Now, this isn’t endemic to Law Enforcement everywhere (there are a lot of respectable officers out there — know that I’m not talking about them), but in many large urban areas the Police are almost as corrupt as the criminals they arrest. It’s not so big of a jump from shooting up random trucks because you’re a scared stooge shitting your pants with fear… to crossing the line and going completely rogue.

One can only imagine what the British said in the late 1700s when not more than the mentioned three percent (at any given time) fought them and kicked their asses, all the way back to their island – and how closely their words from the past resemble what is being said about Dorner now.

Those in power have many nasty words to assign to those who choose to fight for their cause, regarding armed resistance to their corruption and lawlessness. We have to remember the media is only releasing and relating what they’re told to spew by their true owners. If this were a few thousand wanting to remove an unconstitutional regime, what would we have to say about the situation then?

I reserve judgement on this fellow as he seems to be doing, on a small scale, what many are preparing for nationwide. He may be the spark that begins the housecleaning.

Whoa, there, hoss, we aren’t there yet.

Dick Act of 1902 – Gun Control FORBIDDEN!

Were/Are you aware of this law?

DICK ACT of 1902 – CAN’T BE REPEALED (GUN CONTROL FORBIDDEN) – Protection Against Tyrannical Government.

This criminal Cabal is counting on the fact that the American Citizens don’t know this, their rights and the constitution. Don’t prove them right.

The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902, invalidates all so-called gun-control laws.

It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities. (SPREAD THIS TO EVERYONE)
    — The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia (henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory, and District of Columbia); the unorganized militia; and the regular army.

The “militia” encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45.

All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.

The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The President of the United States has zero authority, without violating the Constitution, to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.

The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion). These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard.

Exclusive: Judicial Watch Announces Ambitious 2013 Investigative Agenda

by Tony Lee 11 Feb 2013, 11:34 AM PDT post a comment
Judicial Watch, the independent government watchdog organization that has held Republicans and Democrats to account, announced on Monday its list of investigative priorities for 2013.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview that the organization will focus on issues such as Benghazi, illegal immigration, President Barack Obama’s use of executive orders and actions, gun control, green energy boondoggles, election fraud, and national security leaks over the next year.

Fitton said he did not expect Obama to “admit to any wrongdoing” in Tuesday’s State of the Union speech and said it is up to independent organizations to hold Obama to account because Congress will not. He challenged Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) to bring up these concerns in his response to Obama’s State of the Union address.

“The big test is for Sen. Rubio,” Fitton said. “Will he address American concerns about a corrupt and out-of-control government?”

Last year, Judicial Watch, in partnership with Breitbart News, commissioned an election night survey of voters conducted by Public Opinion Strategies that “found that corruption in the federal government is a serious concern among voters, with 85% saying they are ‘concerned’ and of that number 53% saying they are ‘very concerned.'”

“The Obama administration is less transparent than the Bush administration,” Fitton said. “Transparency advocates on the Left and Right agree that the Obama administration has failed to live to President Obama’s promise to be the most transparent in history. There’s good reason we’ve filed over 100 open records lawsuits against the Obama administration.”

In regards to Obama’s decision to keep Attorney General Eric Holder around for his second term, despite scandals associated with him and the Justice Department such as Fast and Furious, Fitton said, “one would have to go back to RFK to find an attorney general as close to the White House as Holder.”

“He is not independent, he is not ethical, and it has turned his Justice Department to taxpayer-funded legal battering ram for outside leftist groups,” Fitton said. “Holder’s remaining at Justice also help guarantees no thorough investigation of the various Obama scandals.”

Judicial Watch produced, with director Stephen K. Bannon, The District of Corruption movie, which was a companion to Fitton’s best-selling book on the same topic, The Corruption Chronicles.

Here is the full list of Judicial Watch’s 2013 investigative priorities:

Rule by Executive Fiat: President Obama’s decision to bypass Congress, often contrary to the U.S. Constitution, and implement his agenda via executive fiat on a wide range of issues from undermining the Second Amendment to rewriting immigration law, to controlling free speech on the Internet.

Benghazi-gate: The Obama administration’s attempts to deceive the American people regarding the terrorist connection to the murder of four Americans, including a U.S. Ambassador, at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi; the decision by the State Department to deny support for U.S. forces during the attack and the Obama administration’s refusal to bolster security at the consulate in the lead up to the anniversary of 9/11.

Bin Laden Raid Leaks and Secrets: The Obama Department of Defense’s (DOD) decision to leak classified details at the behest of the Obama White House to the filmmakers behind Zero Dark Thirty, a Hollywood film detailing the capture and killing of Osama bin Laden; the refusal of the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the leaks despite a criminal referral from the Pentagon’s Office of Inspector General; the leaking of the names of military operatives involved in the raid by DOD Undersecretary Mike Vickers; the connection of John Brennan, Obama’s pick to head the CIA, to the leaks; the decision by the Obama DOD to withhold from the American people the videos and photos detailing the raid.

Election Fraud: The DOJ’s refusal to enforce provisions of the National Voter Registration Act, that requires states to maintain clean voter registration lists; DOJ’s campaign to threaten, intimidate and sue states that attempt to implement election integrity provisions consistent with the law, such as voter ID laws; DOJ’s collusion with radical leftist and corrupt special interest groups such as Project Vote and other ACORN-connected groups.

Threats to Second Amendment Protections: The Obama administration’s closed-door discussions with anti-gun activists designed to craft policies that restrict gun ownership and undermine the Second Amendment, including new policies that would seek to pressure businesses to toe the administration’s gun agenda; policy recommendations that “suggest” doctors ask patients about gun ownership; efforts to compile federal registries on gun ownership; and efforts to use EPA regulations to restrict gun ownership.

Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s highly controversial June 20, 2012, assertion of “executive privilege” to protect Attorney General Eric Holder from being prosecuted for failing to provide Congress with documents pertaining to the Obama administration’s deadly gunrunning operation known as Operation Fast and Furious; Obama’s invocation of executive privilege moves the legal and political questions surrounding the deaths of more than 300 Mexicans directly into the Oval Office; efforts by the Holder DOJ and top Justice officials to conceal their knowledge and participation in the Fast and Furious scandal and to escape accountability while blaming the scandal on low level officials.

Ongoing Government Bailouts: The government’s continued control of private sector institutions through bailouts of private financial institutions; government decisions regarding the ongoing Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) bailouts; the role of the Federal Reserve in supporting European Union bailouts and the continued financing of our nation’s public debt; and the government takeover of the American automotive industry.

Green Energy Boondoggles: The Obama Department of Energy’s decision to funnel $16.4 billion to “green energy” companies either run by or primarily owned by Obama financial backers; the half-a-billion taxpayer dollars given to the now-bankrupt Solyndra, a green energy boondoggle financially backed by Tulsa billionaire Georg Kaiser, an Obama campaign fundraiser; the decision by the Obama White House to fast-track the Solyndra loan through the approval process; bailouts given to other failing “green pork” companies, such as Fisker Automotive, Ener1, Abound Solar, and Beacon Power.

Illegal Immigration: The President’s amnesty scheme for illegal aliens imposed via executive fiat; deteriorating security on the nation’s border with Mexico; the Obama administration’s unwillingness to enforce federal immigration laws and attacks against states attempting to confront the illegal immigration crisis.

National Security: Unanswered questions concerning the relationship of the FBI and CIA to American-born militant Imam Anwar al-Aulaqi and his assassination per the order of Barack Obama in 2011; the Obama administration’s determined efforts to censor speech about the threat of radical Islam.

Obama Czars: Barack Obama’s repeated attempts to bypass the “advice and consent” authority of the U.S. Senate and appoint unaccountable and corrupt czars to control major aspects of government policy and programs outside of the reach of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA); the decision by Obama to improperly employ a controversial recess appointment to install radical leftist Richard Cordray at the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau(CFPB) after the Senate had blocked his nomination; Obama’s decision to use recess appointments to appoint three members of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), a move which exceeded his constitutional authority per a recent appeals court ruling.

Obamacare: Obamacare’s mandate to evaluate medical treatments based solely on cost; the Obama administration’s secrecy regarding the distribution of Obamacare waivers; the Obama administration’s use of taxpayer dollars to produce and distribute Obamacare propaganda; and the regulation and funding of Obamacare in general.

Unprecedented Secrecy: The Obama administration’s withholding of records pertaining to Obamacare to the continued funding of the criminal ACORN network; from tracking Wall Street bailout money to the unconstitutional use of czars; to withholding the Secret Service’s White House visitor logs; to the attacks on the integrity of our nation’s elections. (Judicial Watch has had to file almost 1,000 FOIA requests and nearly 100 FOIA lawsuits against the Obama administration.)

The one thought I keep returning to on this Dorner situation is just how thin the veneer of civilization has become. One guy, whose capabilities are probably routine for many of the posters on this site, has managed to turn one of the largest cities in the U.S. inside out, and has an entire major metropolitan police force shooting at loud noises.

If this had been five guys with a plan, Los Angeles would be on lock down and there would be dozens of innocents caught in an imagined cross fire every time a delivery truck backfired.

Between the statists in DC convinced that all they need to do to fix the situation is to get control over all of us, and a silent majority determined to keep that from happening, this whole shebang is a tinder box.

Some cops are honest, and are trying to do their damnedest to enforce the laws evenly and fairly. Others are just grade school bullies who never grew up, and managed to stay out of prison.

Just these, and these alone, make me wonder, does anyone remember Emmanuel Goldstein from 1984? My thought are, that a composite, psycho military vet (think Rambo for this century) has been manufactured around a set of circumstances that will allow the current administration to argue for UN control of America, (and subsequent disarmament)?
