I am royally pissed!

I signed the petition and am strongly considering financial support pending vetting. She beat the shit out of that creature and even then, he didn’t break the skin. If he was going to die for it he should have ripped her to shreds!   I have e-mailed this to forty-three people, posted it on Facebook,  and want to write the judge a respectful letter…

    One individual said they have to go in favor of the victim.
    Oh really, I replied, you see the vets dispositon as to injuries to the dog?
    Why aren’t they protecting him????????????

    Hmmm….I as several of you have questions.

    1. Who is the previous owner?
    2. Who is REPRESENTING the previous owner in these court proceeding? (Pro bono, I bet!)
    3. Unless I missed it in the article, why did the previous owner get rid Dutch?

    Jeremy was cited with municipal ordinance 6-2-9 (A), Vicious animals. Under this ordinance, “A vicious animal is defined as any animal that, without provocation, bites or attacks persons or other animals.” Heather says that although the judge agreed that Dutch was provoked, the ordinance applies to Dutch’s case because he did not bite his former owner until they went inside the home and the beating occurred outside of the home. The judge ruled Dutch’s bite a separate circumstance from his beating and there is now an active euthanization order for Dutch.

    Beat me with a metal pole and see if I do not turn aggressive!! And I guarantee my response WILL break the skin!

    Stupid bitch got what she deserved. You beat a dog, youre damn right he should bite you. I do hope they release her name. Id love to see her facebook page as well.

    I put my name on the petition too, Dutch has way more patience than I ever would. The first time someone lays a hand on me they can expect an immediate response.

    Signed the petition and hope that it can do some good.

    Any human being that can treat a dog in such a fashion should be adjudicated as “vicious” and be put out of our misery; if she can do it to an animal, I fear that her nest victom could be of the two legged variety.

    I have dealt with and owned so called “vicious” breeds for most of my adult life, and I’ve found that in 99.9% of the time an incident was due to a humans stupidity and/or abuse, and not the animal.
