Bitch, PLEASE!

So this is what Dianne “Hitler” Feinschwein has been cooking up while dancing in the blood of Connecticut kindergarteners (thanks, LC Ginghis, for letting us know).

No, it’s not “just” a re-enactment of the utterly ineffectual and even more utterly un-Constitutional “scary weapons ban”, it goes so, so much further.

We won’t go through the details, they’re at the link, but a fair summary would be that the rancid, totalitarian Demofascist twat wants to outlaw just about everything that anybody might want to own but you get to keep what you already do own. Provided, of course, that you submit to voluntary registration of your name, address, photograph, fingerprint and serial number of any and all weapons not banned by Dianne “Endlosung” Feinschwein’s new and improved Nazi Weapons Act of 1938, and we all know how well that worked out. For the Germans and, in particular, for the Jews.

That’s what passes for “reasonable restrictions” among the ProgNazis (hiding themselves behind cuddly labels such as “liberal” and “Democrat”).

We’re only surprised that the rancid cunt didn’t also insist on the involuntary implant of a GPS tracker in all owners of those firearms so “generously” grandfathered by the benevolent Gestapo.

Of course, you do realize that if you decide to keep your weapon but do not submit to the demand for you to be photographed and fingerprinted for the National Socialist Democrat Workers’ Party’s “Naughty List”, then you automatically become a felon, don’t you?

But not to worry. Said list will never, ever be used for anything along the lines of providing the Gestapo with a handy shopping list for when total disarmament is to occur. Nosirree. No way, no how. Because shut up, wingnut.

The Reich only has your best interests at heart!

Obviously, the loathsome swine’s overreach all but guarantees that her proposal won’t ever make it to a vote but, then again, knowing what we’ve all learned about Comrade Petukh Hussein Ogabe over four long years of oppression, the law of the land and niceties of our Constitutional method of government doesn’t really mean all that much to him and his brownshirts. So who knows.

So listen up, Dianne, you purulent, oozing, totalitarian snatch: You go right ahead and try, why don’t you?

Oh no, we’re not even going to begin to entertain the notion that you and your ProgNazi friends might actually try to enforce this tyrannical power grab yourselves, that would require such qualities as principle, courage and honesty, none of which you’re even passingly familiar with. We know full well that you’ll browbeat, threaten and intimidate others to do it for you (and then of course the few who are already salivating at the thought of putting on jackboots and kicking in doors in the middle of the night), but that doesn’t change the fact that whosoever ends up on the sharp end of that particular spear will get bloodied very severely indeed. A lot of your victims will go along to get along and thus not cause any problems, but a lot won’t, and that will cause a horrendous blood bath.

And all of that, every single casualty in that bloody war, will be on your hands.

Because you started it.

And when the dust settles and your side has lost, and lose you will, none of us who survive will forget just who exactly was ultimately responsible for the needless, senseless blood bath that our nation went through.

You better pray to Satan, the god you worship, that people like His Imperial Majesty aren’t among those survivors trying to clean up the mess you made, because “trial by jury” and “humane punishment” will be just about the last thing on our minds as we wade through the rubble of the nation that you sought to destroy, surveying the damage and burying our dead. Oh no. You will be tortured to death, slowly, to the point where you will be begging for death’s sweet release and it will be denied, over and over again, for as long as medicine and human inventiveness can keep you alive.

And all of the justification we’ll need will be the devastation that you’ve brought upon both sides, upon all of our fellow Americans while you cowardly hid behind them because you didn’t have the guts or even the common decency to lift a finger yourselves.

Our only regret is that we might like it too much.

For decades, those of us who actually oppose and are filled with horror by what went on in Germany from ’33 to ’45, unlike you Democrat National Socialists who have picked up the torch and swore an oath to carry it onwards for the Führer, have speculated just what might have happened to those Nazi animals if the Germans in general and Jews in particular had been armed and refusing to submit.

You keep pushing like you have, you ProgNazi subhuman swine, and we’ll finally find out.

We suspect you might not like those findings.

We know that we won’t give a shit how you feel before you die.

The only good socialist is a dead one.

Now come for us, but bring friends. We like targets and we’d hate to go without sending an honor guard ahead of us before you succeed.

Thatisall.

Rotties, this is a piece I posted elsewhere today on the subject, after reading about the new ban…

    The myths of Gun Control:

In the wake of the recent school shooting, there have been many demands for stricter gun laws. Many of these are based on false premises, or will simply be ineffective at their stated goal. I address each in turn:

Misconception 1. We should ban High Capacity Magazines. This is one proposal that has gained a lot of attention recently. The concept is that we should limit magazine size to 10 rounds. The Gun Control folks argue that this will lessen the casualties in mass-shootings by forcing the shooter to reload. They also argue that there is no legitimate use for high-capacity magazines, or at least not one that justifies allowing them to be legal.

As a gun owner and someone who owns both an “assault rifle” and a handgun, I can tell you that reloading clips is something that takes 2 or 3 seconds, at maximum. One can just as easily carry Three 10-round mags as opposed to a single 30-round mag. How many children would have escaped in 2 seconds? I doubt very many, if any at all. In other words, banning high capacity mags will not save many, if any, lives.

Ah, you might say, why does it matter to you then, if you can switch mags so quickly, eh? What’s the legitimate use? Well there are two legitimate uses of these high-capacity mags, and they both come into play when one is engaged in a fight with someone ELSE who has a gun. Against innocent children, reloading a mag will not save any innocent lives… but if you are fighting someone else who has a gun, i.e. a person defending life and property from an armed criminal, those 2 seconds make all the difference in the world. Mags are a simple component, too. Banning them will remove them from the legal gun owners, but criminals could still keep them, or make them themselves. So legal gun owners would be at a disadvantage compared to criminals. But that’s not the only use… One of the Second Amendment’s primary goals was to provide a check on GOVERNMENT power. I.e. the populace could rise up against a tyrannical government. Against a bad government, high capacity mags may be a necessity. Granted, the odds of this happening aren’t very high, but gun ownership is, in this writer’s opinion, one of the reasons those odds ARE low.

Misconception 2. We should ban “assault weapons.” The argument here is that nobody could possibly need, say, an AK-47 or an AR-15 for self-defense, hunting or any other legitimate use. These are weapons of war, it is said, and private individuals have no business owning them. They could be stolen and used in shootings, or could kill police officers. The argument there is that private citizens should not be more heavily armed than the police, because they could become criminals. Cops should have the advantage. People point to the fact that the shooter at Sandy Hook had a Bushmaster .223 (an AR-15).

First of all, “assault weapons” are not Automatic weapons. They might look like something Rambo would use, but they are simply semi-automatic rifles, optimized for medium and short-range. In truth, seemingly innocent-looking hunting rifles are arguably more deadly, because they can be accurate at longer ranges. In today’s world, a sniper could be just as deadly, if not more so, than a crazy man with an AR-15. An AK tends to be even less accurate at longer ranges than an AR.

So why do people have these guns, then? Well The Rodney King riots in Los Angeles are a perfect example of legitimate self-defense that needed a rifle like this. A mob of people attacked Korean shop owners. The shopkeepers couldn’t escape, they were surrounded, but they got on the roof, and with their AR-15′s, were able to keep the crowd back and eliminate some of the attackers. These weapons are perfect for keeping mobs back, as they are optimized for that sort of combat. In today’s world where large protests and riots can go bad (see Greece), there is a perfect self-defense weapon available to you in the form of an AR-15 or an AK-47.

There is also the aforementioned use of keeping government power in check. Having weapons equal to the police and government agencies can serve as a balance on government power. How much this keeps tyranny in check, we will probably never be able to quantify. But it -IS- a factor in the thinking of government officials. They have to knock on your door and read you the warrant before they drag you away or break into your home, as much because you might have a rifle as any legal rights you may possess.

Misconception 3. We need to close the “gun show loophole” and make all gun purchases a matter of public record. Background checks must be done for all gun sales. The argument here is that a crazy person could go to a gun show, buy a gun, walk away with it, and shoot somebody. Currently, gun stores are required to do background checks, and most gun sales through this channel require waiting periods. Forcing the same for gun shows and private owner sales would keep guns out of the hands of crazy people and felons, we are told.

This idea sounds good on the surface. Who could argue with checking to make sure the buyer isn’t a felon or insane? But the reason for this supposed loophole is a matter of practicality, not principle. While federally registered gun dealers are able to tie into the national and state systems, and handle the paperwork load necessary for this sort of thing, people selling used guns and parts at a gun show often are NOT able to do this. They don’t have the money, or the resources, many times, to do this. Private gun sales among individuals are even LESS likely to have these resources. Do we then say that private individuals cannot buy or sell guns among each other? Because that will be the effective result of such legislation.

Also, how would one propose to track these gun sales? If I sell my rifle to my neighbor because I’m hard up for cash, how will anyone know? Furthermore, does anyone think this will stop illegal gun sales? But beyond all this, the vast majority of guns used in crimes are obtained illegally. In the case of this school shooting, the shooter stole them from his mother and killed her AFTER being denied a gun purchase by dealer.

Misconception 4. This last one is, perhaps, the most bizarre. Many folks have been discussing that the idea that the gun owner is responsible for all illegal uses of their weapon. I.e. if someone steals your gun from you, and shoots someone with it, you should be liable for the murder. The argument is this will force gun owners to be more responsible about locking up weapons and keeping them out of the hands of kids, criminals, etc…

This is, perhaps, the easiest myth to debunk. People can, and have, stolen cars and killed people with them. People have stolen knives, bats, poisons and gasoline and killed people with them, too. Do we then hold the owner of the car, the bat or the gasoline liable for the murder? Furthermore, having a gun in a safe can defeat the purpose in certain cases. I agree that people shouldn’t just leave guns casually hanging around, however having a gun in a night stand drawer where you can get to it quickly could save your life and/or property in the case of home invasion.

A wise gun owner will know what weapons should be stored, what weapons should be nearby, and how best to educate their children not to mess around with the weapons. As for the weapons getting stolen, unless the gun owner is blatantly negligent (like leaving a gun on the counter of a public bar or something), I don’t see a case for charging them with anything. Shit happens.

So, you might ask… what can we do to prevent school shootings? Armed guards are a start, teachers who wish to get concealed carry training and permits should be allowed to carry if they wish, too. And lastly we need to get over this myth that guns kill. Guns don’t do anything if there isn’t a person behind it. The person did it, and maybe we ought to investigate why and ask questions about how we can prevent a similar person from doing it in the future. Assume that the crazy person will be armed, with a gun, a bomb, a knife or something and ask… how do we defend our children from that crazy person? That’s right, a gun might be helpful to do that.

When the barbarians are at the gates, good people… you don’t tear down your defenses. You kill the bastards.

Next, the ATF is under no obligation to approve any applications. There is no ‘shall issue’ rule, or legislation in place,

Final protective fire refers to a tactical plan for a military unit, set up by the forward observer in support of the infantry, to protect itself against overwhelming attack. A final protective fire is an immediately available preplanned barrier of direct and indirect fire designed to provide close protection to friendly positions and installations by impeding enemy movement into defensive areas.
The size of the FPF depends on the number and type of weapons firing (e.g. FPF size for one battery of 155mm howitzers is 300m X 50m). The supported maneuver commander designates the location of the FPF and it is adjusted into place by the forward observer. Normally, the FPF is within 200 to 400 meters of friendly positions and is integrated into the final protective line of the maneuver unit.

That’s because, in addition to the torturing bit, we were also busy raping, killing, burning and pillaging, with heavy emphasis’ on the pillaging (there’s only so many hours in the day). And, unlike Misha, who could just walk down the road to Paris or Orleans and sack it at their leisure, my Norwegian Viking ancestors (Olaf and Lars) had to commute back and forth to work over the North Sea which made it doublely worse because if you didn’t come home with some good shit for the old lady and the brats she would bitch and scream to the point you had to get back in the longboat for some OT just to get her to shut her yap.

Now on the topic at hand. My personal opinion is that this has a snowball’s chance in Hell of passing and Cuntstein knows it because 20 DemCong Senators are up for reelection in 2014 and they remember what the AWB did to them in ’94 plus having Obongo FUBARing the economy isn’t going to improve their chances any. Durbin the Turbin is next in line of becoming the DemCong Senate leader when Dingy Harry kicks the bucket and he doesn’t want to be Minority Leader. I think the goal here is not banning weapons but is a way to get harsh restrictions on individuals who want to purchase weapons, a national database (i.e. registration) of who bought what when and/or new licensing requirements that Jesus H. Christ himself couldn’t pass.

    Thoughts?

The other kinks in this confiscatory outline are that there’s a $200.00 non-refundable application fee for Every Gun!
Pay up, or give them up.
Next, the ATF is under no obligation to approve any applications. There is no ‘shall issue’ rule, or legislation in place,
nor is there ever likely to be.
So all that needs to be done for unilateral national confiscation is for ATF to make blanket refusal of all applications. Nice, huh?

Interesting. I was under the impression that was a registration fee rather than an application fee.

Nah, the likely resistors will get taken down at work, get the Vicki Weaver special as they walk out the door, or just get the good old fashioned Waco Barbeque. Of course, those lucky initial guys will also be treated lovingly by the media, described as child molesters, etc.

Once the potential troublemakers have been dealt with, the rest is relatively easy. Given the passivity Americans have shown at all other government boot-to-face treatment, most will quietly back down. Even if they don’t, a series of lone last stands doesn’t really terrify the government. If some sizeable groups manage to organize, however…..

I have it on very good authority that lists of those who might be tasked with enforcing this have already been constructed, and I have also heard from what I consider to be reliable sources that in the event this even looks likely, there will be a good deal of interesting news that day.

Also don’t forget a good number of us are armed ALWAYS. Speaking personally, I can put a nice group in a desert plate at 50 feet, and to my knowledge, there is no effective face armor. Government thugs Bushwhacking people are work had better happen with a .308 from 200 yards. Any attempt to arrest will get ugly fast.

This is by no means over, and if they are really so stupid as to shove this law up our nose, God help us all, this country is going off the rails. I can only pray this is a publicity stunt. these assholes are flirting with the end of this country, and I am not entirely confident that something “good” will come out of the ashes. The capacity of the American populace to resist, if it decides to do so, is impressive. I don’t question that in the slightest. The concern is whether or not they have the will. Some few certainly do, but many do not. It’s the vast middle that will decide the issue – if enough opt to fight, the liberty-minded win. If not enough opt to fight, the statists win.

Do you know what the purpose of the Second Amendment is? Here’s a hint: It has nothing to do with duck hunting or punching holes in paper… and surprisingly, very little to do with self-defense from criminals.

The purpose of the Second Amendment is essentially this. It exists to intimidate government officials, elected and otherwise. It’s there to instill fear and respect into those who would govern, so they’re never tempted to try to rule.

Does the thought of an AK in private hands scare you, Senator Feinstein?

The conclusions seem inescapable that in certain circles a tendency has arisen to fear people who fear government. Government, as the Father of Our Country put it so well, is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. People who understand history, especially the history of government, do well to fear it. For a people to express openly their fear of those of us who are afraid of tyranny is alarming. Fear of the state is in no sense subversive. It is, to the contrary, the healthiest political philosophy for a free people. – Jeff Cooper

Maxx…having actually done some ‘door kicking’, I know certain ways of making it a painful entry. First, your two main doors (front and back) are NOT your main ingress/egress points. Second, go against wooden doors and go to steel, triple hinges and triple bolt locks. If in doubt, a railroad spike hammered into the door frame right behind the door works well. I would also mention the availability of putting explosives on the door. Also…if you are SERIOUS…set up a kill box right inside the front door. Load it with CS, ammonia, pepper spray etc and enjoy… now the containment begins, ‘interviews’ later.

Draco, it might also help to make your own pepper spray with oils from habanero (and even hotter) peppers, mixed with DMSO. Spray their legs, even through their pants, and their entire insides will be on fire within seconds.
