    Socialism has tried so many different methods. In the late 1800s, in France, they tried a municipal revolution of sorts, but that didn’t work (being French, the Parisians surrendered to the French army). In Russia they tried violent overthrow, and that worked for awhile, but the PR was really shitty when they slaughtered millions of people. The Nazis tried their version through fear-mongering combined with legitimate election (people often forget that he was initially ELECTED into power). But I guess he couldn’t keep in his inner socialist psychopath, and that ended badly too.

    Socialism today has a new tactic, velvet-lined gloves, marketing and spin. They have been far more careful, and far less blatantly psychopathic this time around. They’ve learned that good PR is more important than anything, and that violent overthrow into socialism doesn’t work. They’ve embraced gradualism, incrementalism and this time they might actually pull it off.

    But the results will be the same. Sooner or later, the inner power-hungry vicious psychopathic socialist dictator will show up. It probably won’t be Obama, in all truth, but Obama is paving the road for some future dickwad to have an easier time of it. Don’t worry folks, America will have its Hitler, its Chavez, its Castro, someday too. We’re probably not all that far off from that day, in truth.

    Sometimes I wonder if they aren’t just waiting for all us freedom-folk to just die off naturally before giving the country the final switch-over. Today’s socialists don’t have the balls of their intellectual ancestors. They don’t want to fight us, they just want to convert our kids to Leftism and hope that we just go away.

    Sadly I must interrupt this thread with devastating news.We’ve lost a stalwart Rottie.
    A few minutes ago I learned that Mike M passed on this morning after a bout of aggressive lung cancer which metastasized. We were lucky to know him, and America was fortunate to have him. That is all I can say for the moment.

    The 1938 German Weapons Act

    The 1938 German Weapons Act, the precursor of the current weapons law, superseded the 1928 law. As under the 1928 law, citizens were required to have a permit to carry a firearm and a separate permit to acquire a firearm. Furthermore, the law restricted ownership of firearms to “…persons whose trustworthiness is not in question and who can show a need for a (gun) permit.” Under the new law:
    Gun restriction laws applied only to handguns, not to long guns or ammunition. Writes Prof. Bernard Harcourt of the University of Chicago, “The 1938 revisions completely deregulated the acquisition and transfer of rifles and shotguns, as well as ammunition.”[4]
    The groups of people who were exempt from the acquisition permit requirement expanded. Holders of annual hunting permits, government workers, and NSDAP party members were no longer subject to gun ownership restrictions. Prior to the 1938 law, only officials of the central government, the states, and employees of the German Reichsbahn Railways were exempted.[5]
    The age at which persons could own guns was lowered from 20 to 18.[5]
    The firearms carry permit was valid for three years instead of one year.[5]
    Jews were forbidden from the manufacturing or ownership of firearms and ammunition.[6]

    Under both the 1928 and 1938 acts, gun manufacturers and dealers were required to maintain records with information about who purchased guns and the guns’ serial numbers. These records were to be delivered to a police authority for inspection at the end of each year.

    On November 11, 1938, the Minister of the Interior, Wilhelm Frick, passed Regulations Against Jews’ Possession of Weapons. This regulation effectively deprived all Jews of the right to possess firearms or other weapons.[7]

    I have words about that, brother, going up later today.

    Would have put it up earlier, but then I got the terrible news that our brother, LC Mike M, had passed. Didn’t feel like posting anything at all after that.

    But the fight is never over, I’m sure that Mike, who never complained about anything to the point where I didn’t even know what was going on, would have told us all to shut the fuck up, ruck up and keep going.

    And we will. I will listen to not one single word of “it’s all over, might as well line up for the gulags”. I’m Viking. I don’t give a fuck. It ain’t over until I’m not breathing anymore. Surrender isn’t in my blood, even when I think that the odds are insurmountable. Who gives a fuck about the odds anyways? We’re all going to die, that’s a given. You can die well or you can die on your knees, begging for mercy that you know will never come.

    Did those teachers at Sandy Hook give a fuck about the odds? No, they didn’t. They threw themselves right into the mix because they didn’t give one royal fuck about the odds, they only cared about what was right and what wasn’t. And they got killed as a result. But they didn’t die whining like little bitches bemoaning an unjust fate, submitting to the “inevitable”, they died doing what was the right thing to do and fuck the torpedoes.

    For that, they’ll always be heroes, examples to us all, and something to shove in the face of whiners everywhere who try to demoralize us and do the enemy’s bidding by convincing us that it all doesn’t matter anyway. We’ve already lost.

    Maybe, but fuck that.

    I am NOT going to die on my knees when beautiful, heroic human beings like Vicki Soto used herself as a human shield to save the kids in her class.

    Anybody feeling differently can unceremoniously go fuck themselves, because I have no need for them. Go kill yourselves. You might as well as you’re already dead in every sense of the word except for the lack of vital signs.

    If anybody thinks that it ain’t worth it to do what’s right in the wake of an innocent teacher in the prime of her youth giving her life, knowing that she was doing so, to protect her innocent charges, then they are of no worth at all to humanity and ought, by right, to be ashamed of themselves and the oxygen that they’ve wasted.

    i have been listening to this bull shit ever since that commie traitor shot president kennedy who had allowed that punk to come back to america with no punishment instead of blaming the commie congress critters went after guns.since then we got 20,000 anti-gun laws and rising murder rates.now they crazies go after schools because the schools have been dis-armed by ted,the swimmer,kennedy with help from the congressional commies.they are the same ones who vilified joe mc carthy because he was right about commie spys in the democrat controlled government and they caused all the problems just so that they could attack the constitution which is one of bongo’s favorate things.
