Every Thing Old is New Again

And we’re once more reminded that the Brave New World that Noo Socializm is creating for us is no different from Old Socialism™.

Melanie Phillips is now being “investigated” for having the nerve to suggest that the followers of the pedophile prophet are barbaric for not only perpetrating the brutal murder of the Fogel family but for condoning it by passing out candy and celebrating it afterward.

We wrote about it here when it happened and even were naughty enough to link to the pictures of the slaughter, and we would like to know just how calling slitting the throat of a three-month-old snuggling and sleeping with her daddy and stabbing a three-year-old at least seven times in the chest “barbaric” is unacceptable, not to mention the glee and celebration among the paleosimians once they’d learned of the massacre, but we’re all used to that. We’ll never forget the street parties in “paleswine” after 9/11 and, sadly, we’ll also never forget how our then-president was as limp-dicked in his response to the celebration of mass murder as our current islamofascist-sympathizer-in-chief is.

We’ve seen a lot of horrid things in our life, lots of things that we wish we could “un-see” but know we never can, but we can’t remember seeing anything approaching the level of barbarity displayed in a father and his three-month-old daughter lying dead in their bed, snuggled up close thinking they were safe and snug, with their throats slit by subhuman murderers.

But calling that “barbarity” is apparently not merely illegal these days, it’s also proof of “islamophobia” and/or promoting same.

We’ll leave it to the good doctor of psychiatry in the above link to explain how being afraid and/or weary of something or somebody who actually will murder you in horrifying ways isn’t a “phobia”, not that we think that you need much explanation to reach that particular common-sense conclusion.

That’s not our point.

Our point is the use of the word “islamophobia”, since that doesn’t merely imply, that establishes a diagnosis of mental illness in those who, apparently, find it troublesome that there are cultures that would celebrate jabbing a knife into the heart of a three-year-old seven times or slitting the throat of an infant sleeping with her loving father, fearing no ill.

Because we’ve seen it all before. When liberal fascists can’t find any other way to silence individuals with common sense, they label them “insane.” The Soviets were really good at that, their “asylums” were overflowing with sane people needing “treatment” for their “irrational” thoughts.

And their liberal fascist, national socialist heirs in the west never skipped a beat adopting that approach.

You either agree with them or you get locked up. For your own good, of course.

And that is the kind of society that the current liberal socialist fascists are building for us and that the “pragmatist” RINOglicans are refusing to fight because that would be, well, “uncivil.”

Because, you know, Ogabe is a GOOD MAN! Flawed, to be sure, but a good man nonetheless, and to point out the obvious is just unhelpful so just bend over, here it comes again. For the CIVILITY!

“Whether ’tis considered nobler to suffer in the mind the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune or by opposing to end them…”

That is, indeed, the question.

And you’re only going to be asked that question once.

Better make sure you get it right the first time, because there won’t be a make-up test for those who failed.

Thatisall.

The best defense against a slander suit is the truth. Islamophobia is no irrational fear as it’s contracted by contact with literature, news stories, stated goals, praises of deeds commit-,,er,, perpetr-,,um,,deeds held in high praise,,by devout practitioners of the islamic culture. There’s plenty of stuff to look through to decide for one’s self what they value, and a bloody abundance about what they plan for any folks daring to have other plans.
Islamophobia has become a euphemism for ‘prudence’.

Heyman,, umm,, can I get one o’ them stickers too? Mebbe one more for Mrs.C?

The one’s you can’t seem to find peace with are not the one’s you need to make peace with.
My money says there’s not a soul here that would stand idle to let me fall, simply because I don’t sing their hymns.
I sense deeper devotion to a deeper mission. That would be the very foundation that all religions (save one) are built upon.
Here’s an invitation to the spirit that I’ve found here’n there, and it seems to be very concentrated here at Tha Rott. Strictly philosophical. Enjoy.

Okay, after a couple of doses of smelling salts and checking to see if perhaps someone switched my Prograf with some hallucinogenic, I find myself agreeing with you.

While I find a few of Melanie Phillips’ assertions a bit off — we could debate the chicken and the egg thing forever and still come up with the same ending — but the idea that you have to watch what you write, say or think towards a particular religion or the people who follow it is downright asinine. I have never been shy about saying what I think of religion — any of them — and I will be damned if I am going to start now. If you use your imaginary friend as a reason for your actions, or hide behind your religion then expect me to call you on it.

You Sir, are an Armchair Barbaric. I am surprised that you haven’t added it to your title yet, as a degree like such:

Did you just say that watching what is said about “ANYONE”, any Religion, or Belief” good or bad is asinine?

CAUGHT ON TAPE: Former SEIU Official Reveals Secret Plan To Destroy JP Morgan, Crash The Stock Market, And Redistribute Wealth In America

A former official of one of the country’s most-powerful unions, SEIU, has a secret plan to “destabilize” the country.
The plan is designed to destroy JP Morgan, nuke the stock market, and weaken Wall Street’s grip on power, thus creating the conditions necessary for a redistribution of wealth and a change in government.

The former SEIU official, Stephen Lerner, spoke in a closed session at a Pace University forum last weekend. . . .

The more I live among muslims, the more I detest islam. Strictly following the Koran as observant muslims say it should provides a bleak outlook on life that is legalistic at best, with no joy to speak of, and islam has a way of perverting people who would otherwise be good-natured and willing to live and let live. Many still are and still do, but others listen to the imams and the mullahs and the “scholars”, and condemn me for being an “infidel”, condemn their friends and neighbors, even family members who aren’t “pious” enough, and believe the bullshit conspiracy theories that the West and the Jews are the root of their troubles. Some of them are too bloody stupid to see that their religious leaders are only manipulating them for their own power, but many who have educations and should know better are still true believers. Of course, they’re the ones who think they’ll be in charge once sharia is imposed, so there’s a fair amount of self-interest there. I bear no ill will towards individual muslims who wish me and my country no harm. For example, I’ve worked with muslim “terps” who have a great deal to lose (like their lives) should the taliban and groups like them take power, so I respect the risks these men take on my behalf. But islam itself I loathe.

Again, what the FUCK does Bush have to do with anything?

It has nothing at all to do with Bush. It has everything to do with your blatant hypocrisy.

As far as ascribing qualities to someone, Bush is a pretty recent study in qualities. It was easy to caracature him and many did.

Well, you did. At least around here. But I don’t seem to remember anyone else here calling him Bunnypants. Just you.

But NOBODY could caracature Jesus as being some sort of man who would be happy with the violent death of any human.

As E-man so deftly pointed out to you, IC said “baby Jesus”. Slight difference there. It’s humor (as IC subsequently pointed out).

And it made you whine & cry about it. In hindsight, that makes it even funnier.

I’m the one sniveling about it?

Yeah, you’re the one sniveling about it. What, you want it spelled out for you?

YOU are the one who keeps bringing him up. It is YOU who can’t seem to let go of the man. Do you see me getting all upset over most of the terms of endearment you have for the current gidget in office?

Yeah, actually, I do. For him, for Moo-chelle the First Wookiee, etc. Which is why I keep bringing it up.

I’d be happy to go back and do the research for you, but I really don’t have the time right now.

I only say something when it comes close to being racially motivated

You may have a degree in mental/psychological quackery, but you’re not omniscient. I seriously doubt you have that much of a bead on what motivates most of us around here.

But please, go right ahead and be a typical libtard. Find racism under every rock, mkay?

or someone calls for his death.

Yeah, well, you’re not the only one who took objection to that around here. You can come down off the pedestal now.

Sorry for staying on topic and everything, but in the midst of Freedom of Speech, bashing on Bush or jumping on DJ…

….it’s important that we not lose sight of THIS

The political statements seemed a bit lost on Udi’s brother Motti Fogel, who told the crowd, “Udi, it’s very hard for me to see all the people who came here. If I could, I would have them all leave and hug you and whisper in your ear, ‘Let’s go play soccer one last time.’ “All the symbols about settlement, the Land of Israel and the people of Israel are attempts to forget the simple fact that is riddled with pain: you are dead. You are dead and no symbol will bring you back. More than anything, this funeral must be a private event.”

Motti said to his brother, “You are not a national symbol or a national event. Your life was a purpose in and of itself, and it can’t be allowed for your terrible death to turn your life into some sort of tool, no matter for whom. You are my brother and you will stay my brother.”

This is who they killed – Motti’s brother, his sister-in-law, his nephews, his little baby niece.

Get lost in the conceptual – get caught up in the debates – and you risk losing the “Why”.

…and what a deep tragedy that would be.

“What it reminded me of was our trip to Africa, two years ago, and the level of excitement that we felt in that country – the hope that people saw just in the sheer presence of somebody like Barack Obama – a Kenyan, a black man, a man of great statesmanship who they believe could change the fate of the world.”

Don’t believe me? go to Youtube and search on Barack Obama Kenyan. The video is there. So I guess to them they can say anything they want about my religion, but Allah(not a god) forbid I share my views on their hate filled religion.

I have my faith and will share with others, mostly through my actions and sometimes by my words. To me my actions make a larger statement than words. Which is why I have a hard time with their religion because through their actions they show a disregard for others beliefs as well as with their words.

I do not force my faith on anyone, believe or not believe that is your choice. Islam/Muslim believes there is no choice either believe as they do or you should die.

Yes DJ there are a few who do not believe in this but they are seen as not being true to their faith. Much like Catholics look at someone who commits abortion or gets divorced, they are not being true to their faith.
