Oh, of course… D’uh. I was thinking Role Playing Game. I feel stupid now. AND contagious! :em05:

Of course, the Gipper got the RPG from the cold, dead claws of some commie fuck that he’d just strangled. With his firm, steely stare!!!

    The Lone Haranguer says:

That site ( has some … unique individuals.

They surely do. Which made me even more surprised to find something that Purely AWESOME there. 🙂

    angrywebmaster growls and barks:

The reason for the RPG is simple, He took it off a dead commie he had just strangled. :em01:

I posted this on the 4th.

President Reagan’s Address to the Nation on Independence Day – 7/4/86

    Bonzo ate it. :em05:

LC Spare Parts growls and barks:

Getting blind sided by lack of accurate intel and an unanticipated threat can’t be equated with the willful waste of troops deployed in a totally hostile theatre only to be refused the fire support necessary to their survival during that ambush. There is no value in a pile of rubble. Add to it, when that truck load of explosives took down the Beirut Marine barracks which was our only strong point in the city. There was nothing left to defend much less another post to stage any defense from or supply troops.

    Duke Wayne growls and barks:

Screw you DJ. Ronald Reagan led the charge onto the beach at Normandy while you were home claiming bad eyesight. He even took a few bullets for his country on Omaha Beach and won a purple heart.

Or am I thinking of somebody else?

I see a hat that’s apparently just fallen off.

    LCBrendan growls and barks:

Deej. while it is true that even I am starting to ask what the hell we are doing in the ‘stan, a lot of that can be sheeted home to the BS ROE we have to use in fighting.

Had we the orders to take the gloves off and the generals told to fight the war their way, the outcome would be very different. The ‘stan is as much about force projection as it is about the military objectives.

In both Beirut and in the ‘stan we are fighting terrorists but we are fighting with rules of engagement and the mentality associated with a war against a military organisation akin to our own.

What we need to do is that THEIR RULES and their ROE and use it against them, fight fire with fire.

You wanna know how to get Capone? They pull a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue.

I’d rather be stuck between floors on an elevator with this song blaring at me on an endless loop:

    Do you REALLY believe that?

Deej: mate, really, you’re smarter than this. You are.

Look if we pulled all our troops out TOMORROW, brought them all home, brought all the troops back from Saudi Arabia, all ME countries and we did it TOMORROW, would it make any difference?

No. Would they leave us alone, and never attack us again?

FUCK NO. it’d be an open invitation.

Terrorism is Darwinian in nature, the one who retreats from the battlefield is the one who will wake up with the enemy’s teeth at their throats.

These are homicidal Islamofascists who kill because they can, and for no other reason. We have two choices, take the fight to them and make war on their turf, and teach them not to mess with us, or walk away and start counting the days till we face another 9/11, or an attack on a much greater scale

Jesus, the bastards that did Kuta and killed 200? You know why they did that? Because we Aussies helped a new nation find its feet! It has NOTHING to do with Iraq because the Kuta bomb was in 2002 and Iraq was in 2003!

They don’t need a reason to kill, there isn’t any ideology save that of wanting a worldwide Islamic Caliphate. The more dead bodies, the better, as far as they are concerned.

These people are EVIL, Deej, don’t you get it? :em08:

    LC R6 growls and barks:

    I keep telling you guys.

Stop trying to reason with deej.

deej, fuck off. You’re never going to be an oath taker (you’ve said as much) and the sooner you die the better.

    LCBrendan growls and barks:

deej, fuck off. You’re never going to be an oath taker (you’ve said as much) and the sooner you die the better.

LCR6, all I will say is this.

Deej has driven me to tearing my hair out frequently, and he has as doggedly stuck to his beliefs as I have mine. But never once would I wish any harm on him, and neither should you.

He is my friend, and remains (whether he wishes to accept it or not) the subject of prayers and hope for his recovery from an illness that has shown both his courage and mettle.

    Be silent, be still.

You disgrace and dishonour none but yourself, sir.

  17. 17

Deej’s agiprop aside, did anyone notice the contents of the saddle bag? A Bible and a bag of jelly beans. :em01:

Thanks Boss, I needed this today, some bad news came in yesterday. (Remember Bangie Things FB post? We’re leaving now for the Panhandle.)

    LCBrendan growls and barks:

I see no reason to associate in any fashion with someone who is, by his own declaration, a Leftist to the core and thus an enemy of this country and what it stands for. That makes him my enemy, like any other Leftist. I divide enemies into two categories: those who have been suitably dealt with, and those who are still alive. I do not wish them well, in anything. It has always been a mystery to me why Misha trusts him with administering this website.

Then, with all due respect, you do not know Misha, or DJ, as well as you think you do.

  19. 19
    LC TerribleTroy growls and barks:

Whatever DJ is or isn’t, he is one of ours and merits a certain level of consideration for that alone. But I will submit this, If DJ is suck a rabid leftist why does he participate in the effort to keep the site running smoothly without being compensated? How would that benefit him or his “cause”?

Ultimately I respectfully request, that a “I wish you we’re dead” cease fire be implemented. I just think that under the circumstances its bad form.

And that’s all I’m gonna say about that. anybody, and in no way

    LC R6 says:

the sooner you die the better.

not only does that invite bad karma on yourself (if you believe in such and I do), it’s a damned shitty thing to say.
you only make yourself a fool for saying such things, got nothing better to use in the debate? then just sit there quietly and listen

Emperor Misha I growls and barks:

    SDN says:

As for Misha, I fear he is simply blinded by the same sentimentality you are.

Sentimentality is not exactly something I’ve ever suffered from.

As to “wake-up”, I’m not entirely sure what you’re talking about. If you mean the “inevitable disappointment once I realize I’ve been had”, there’s nothing inevitable about it. Nor anything truly disappointing, to tell the truth, should such a thing happen. I’ve lived too long to expect never to be disappointed, and much too long to dwell on it when I am. I just prefer to not act as if I’ve been wronged until I actually have been wronged.

Like I said, sentimentality isn’t really my strong suit.

Edit: Oh, and a minor point that isn’t at all relevant, but it seems to be a common misunderstanding. The Chief Geek Actual Admin of the site is Darth Venomous, and he has been for quite some time. Deej just jumps in on occasion to provide assistance with the code, which is awfully nice of him if you ask me.
