Way to Pick a Fight, You Moron

We almost, ALMOST feel sorry for Der Fubar in his insistence on picking a fight that he cannot possibly even hope to prevail in.

We’re speaking, of course, of his ill-conceived, retarded war on the Catholic Church and his insistence that he, Der Fubar, has the power to eliminate the First Amendment by fiat and force a religious institution to ignore their beliefs.

Before we say anything else, however, allow us to point out that this is not a fight between Der Fubar and the Catholic Church alone. As we already mentioned, this is a First Amendment issue. The freedom of religion thing, which applies no matter what your religion or non-religion is. This is about the government’s “right” to force you to violate your own closely held beliefs. Keep that in mind.

“First they came for the communists, but I was not a communist, so I did not speak up. Then they came for the Jews, but I was not a Jew, so I didn’t speak up.”

You know the rest.

If the government is allowed the right to force the Catholic Church to violate their own beliefs, then the government has, by precedent, the right to order you to do anything.

And now I put back on my Christian garb, although I am not a Catholic. Because this has nothing to do with Catholicism, it’s just the opening shot in a war that the liberal fascist left wants in order to squash any ideas that individuals have liberties that nobody can take from them, as long as they do not hurt others.

But I AM a Christian, and the Catholics, papist scum that they are, are my brothers and sisters. And I am not in the least bit unaware of the debt us protestants owe them for keeping the Faith alive in the dark years. But, most of all, they, like the Jews, are my brothers and sisters and always will be. Our differences are a matter of doctrine.

And one thing I DO know, no matter what your denomination might be (OK, if you’re Episcopalian, Bible Optional, you’re exempt. You’re just the hangers-on wanting to be with the cool kids without having to follow the rules. You’re morons) is that G-d is G-d and you are seriously delusional if you decide to pick a fight with Him.

Which Ogabe has done.

We can’t count the times when we’ve said to ourselves, when Der Fubar has displayed his narcissistic arrogance for all to see, that he would never be able to top that one, that he’d finally reached the limit of hubris. And we’ve been wrong an almost equal number of times.

But when he decided to pick a fight with G-d Himself… No, he can’t top THAT one. He has reached the logical extreme of his pathological narcissistic personality disorder.

He confirmed, then, that he really DOES think that he’s G-d, actually that he’s even MORE powerful than G-d.

You don’t have to be a Catholic to understand just who mentally sick that is.

You also don’t have to be a Catholic to understand what his odds of succeeding are. The Catholic Church survived far worse than that. It even involved actual fighting. All of us know the expression “standing athwart history yelling ‘STOP’”, but when the church did it, history whimpered, tucked its tail between its legs and ran off to hide. The same goes for our Jewish brothers and sisters, who worship the same G-d that we do. They went through far worse, infinitely worse persecution, yet they’re still around, aren’t they?

He’s fucked.

But, again, this is NOT about the Catholic Church, it’s about the Constitutionally guaranteed right to worship or not worship as you please free of government mandates.

If we don’t stand with our Catholic brothers and sisters here, then we DESERVE the ass-raping we’re going to get later on.

And Ogabe and his NSDWP can’t win this one.

They will be DESTROYED.

Deus Vult.

May G-d’s Mercy descend upon them and teach them the error of their ways before they destroy themselves, for such is our forgiveness. But if they do not, then let G-d sort it out.

Thatisall.

Amen! This is just the point I’ve tried to make to all the leftist friends who’ve managed to stick around since I grew up and grew a brain stem.

I have my problems with the Church of Rome, their actions and their doctrine. But despite that they are still brothers and sisters and should be free to make their own decisions for themselves…… my opinions be damned.

I have my own issues with organized religion, but this is just stupid. I don’t see this just as a religious issue, but one of personal liberty. The pResident’s mandate became a free of charge inclusion in your insurance. So, that means every company and individual will be paying a portion of this mandated shit so that women can have their free birth control. So, EVERYONE of conscience is paying for something they are opposed to. Then there is the fact that I don’t believe that I should have to pay for ANY portion of this in the first place. So, he is attacking my personal liberty, IMHO anyway.

I have a lot of annoyance on this issue and it’s directed at the higher ups within the Catholic Church. They have been pushing for government run health care for decades. They seemed to honestly think that the government would happily allow them a special exemption while the rest of us had to deal with the problem.

And now that they aren’t getting the exemption they hoped for, they are fighting this? I wish them luck with the battle, but I’m not completely sympathetic to their complaints.

But I think the tide may finally be turning.

As a Catholic I was enraged but hardly surprised. His health secretary Syphilis has a hard on for the church because she cannot receive communion. This bastard obama is testing the waters, going after the largest single church in the country, if not the planet. He has been thrown forty-six lawsuits and counting, a legal armageddon. For it will be a cold day in hell before a collection of misfits, perverts and failures takes down this church. If it takes financial power, the church has it and then some. I am tired of the abuse the Catholics have taken, lies, exaggerations and accusations. Does it have its faults? You bet, for as Scripture states, we are only human, for all have sinned in the eyes of God.

History has taught us that one of the first targets of a rising Fascist movement is organized religion. From the big picture perspective, this is how I see it. The belief systems in organized religion, specifically Catholicism, are being rejected by the progressive movement as deeply competitive with their own. Because their mindset for governance requires compliance and control, they mount an attack on the church. Their tools include fear, ridicule, legal gimmickry, tax policy, student indoctrination, regulatory policy, and so forth, and they will attempt to use them all.

After taking the hospitals, Catholics will subsequently be excluded from them and what ever health care structure remains as they will be branded enemies of the State and “the people”. The Prelate’s law suits will get nowhere in the present legal system controlled by our enemies. Planned Parenthood and NOW will take the next step by getting their operatives and advocates employed by Catholic institutions. And when they get mad about traditional Catholic doctrine being enforced as official policy, they will sue the Church and Win. And the weenies who control both the regular clergy and all of the orders will bow and scrape. Cardinal Dolan and those bishops in his corner will flee to Rome.

But speaking of “Bible Optional clergy,” that is EXACTLY the type of “sermon” our minister gave on EASTER, of all the blasphemies. It was a sermon that would have gotten him burned as a heretic in the old days, and would have done credit to a Unitarian.

He said it didn’t matter what we believe, really, because “God is going to redeem all of us and all of creation at the end of times.” And when I went to the altar rail to take Communion, he glared at me. At the coffee hour afterwards, he yanked his hand out of mine, wouldn’t make eye contact, and was actually completely rude: cut me dead, would not speak to me, and conspicuously turned his back on me and walked away. It was a breathtaking display, made worse because he knew I’d been diagnosed that week with cancer.

Why? Well, because I had the temerity to send him a link to an article that, with savage humor, laid bare the follies and blasphemies of the Episcopal clergy since the 1960s (you know, like having pagan rituals in cathedrals in a desperate attempt to be “hip,” etc.). He hated it, and hasn’t forgiven me for it. I wasn’t accusing him of being that way; I had been misled by his telling me he is — wait for it — a Republican. But after hearing his Easter blasphemy, I got it. And I wonder, really, what the hell is this guy doing in the priesthood?

I wish there were a “1928 congregation” in Manhattan: they left the Protestant Episcopal Church of the US over the ordination of sexual deviants, and are using the old 1928 Book of Common Prayer (NOT the watered-down lefty monstrosity foisted on us in the early 1970s). But my church didn’t use to be this way — it breaks my heart.
