We meant to say dropping. Which, we suppose, in these Orwellian Newspeak days, could be called “growing” as well. Downwards, that is. Like “advancing to the rear” which, coincidentally, also sounds much better in the original German.
See? STRONG MAJORITY! 39-53, no less! Oh, you may think that 53 is more than 39, but Der Fubar has decreed that it isn’t, so shut UP, racists!
(And strong opposition is 40-23, but don’t tell the Thought Police I said that).
Looks like the Supreme Court, currently deep in their cups deliberations, won’t have to lose too much sleep worrying about raving lynch mobs if they strike the un-Constitutional Obamination down.

After traipsing through The Treehouse, I wonder if they really can make murder 2 stick: prosecuting “beyond reasonable doubt” will be as easy as passing a twisted sardine can lid..

Cactus Jack, that’s actually a GOOD thing for Zimmerman.
He gets his day in court, it shuts up the race-baiters, it gives the PD time to maneuver, and if they DO decide to take him to court, it seems pretty apparent from the evidence available right now that he’ll be found innocent which will protect him from Holder’s DOJ brining some OTHER bizarre charge against him.

If the DA had refused to bring charges, the goblins would have rioted. If Zimmerman is acquitted, the goblins will riot. If Zimmeramn is convicted, the goblins will riot. Face it, the Al Sharpton wing of the black community wants a race war.
