You know, the ones openly faking sickness so they can go harass, intimidate and threaten lawmakers while still getting paid for the work they don’t do (although, in all fairness, seeing as how they’re teachers it’s doubtful that their absence from the schools will in any way affect the pupils that they aren’t teaching when they’re there), all because they’re being asked to, HORROR!, contribute a TERRIFYING 13%, that’s THIRTEEN PERCENT to their own health plans as opposed to their “free for life for the entire family” plan. It’s almost as if Wisconsin is suggesting treating them as ordinary people with a job!
THE HUMANITY!!1!
Turns out, we learned from hopping around the Intertubes a bit, that the Wisconsin legislature offered this as a less harsh alternative to having to lay off 6,000 government employees.
It occurred to us that the government of Wisconsin just got a heck of a lot of volunteers for those layoffs.
Which actually wasn’t our first thought. Our first thought went more along the lines of National Guard, fix bayonets… You know, that sort of thing. Good training for the Guard and it solves a lot of problems all at once.
But that’s just us. Always coming up with easy solutions to annoying problems.
Thatisall.
Fix bayonets? No, it’s always best to kill your enemies as far away from you as possible. There will always be enough chances to die when they get close.
Testy, aren’t we? I mean, of course, First.
Special Ed says: Fix bayonets? No, it’s always best to kill your enemies as far away from you as possible. There will always be enough chances to die when they get close. A fine principle when applied to the battlefield. No denying that. But remember we’re talking about leftist rabble here. The chances of any of ours coming to more… Read more »
Indeed, m’lord Misha. . . .
As far as the Wisconsin “teachers” go, it’s time to implement the Wisdom of Conan the Barbarian. . .
“Crush your enemies. . . .
See them driven before you. . . .
And hear the lamentations of their MSM apologists. . . .”
I have the most beautiful Swedish-blue-steel bayonet for my M38 Husquevarna-made Mauser … My favorite blade.
Genghis Khan said “- and take your pleasures with their women.”
But since I’ve seen their “women”, I’ll settle for “And laugh heartily at the feeble protestations of their eunachry.”
BTW, thank you Misha, for keeping this site up and running these many years. I found you through the gentle ministrations of Rachl Lukis, along with Frnak J. I still think I.M.A.O. stands for In My Asinine Opinion, but that’s probably just me, because I’m Special

When are the teachers in Wisconsin going to start teaching children?
LC Old Dog says: Beg the Sires Pardon but, our troops are currently armed with the M-16/M4 family of weapons. Have you ever done a bayonet strike to even a dummy with an AR type weapon? Sheesh, Dog, you guys just have to keep bitching, don’t you? But OK, you do have a point, so here’s what I offer: I’d… Read more »
Oh, and just to clarify: I’m not talking about a bayonet charge here, satisfying though it is to any warrior’s heart. Too messy for this and not nearly brutal and merciless enough. No, I’m talking about the old-fashioned bayonet advance, as in: “Fix bayonets!”, “Lower bayonets”, “Advance!” With drums if possible. A real crowd displeaser if ever I saw one.… Read more »
Response to LC Old Dog @:
Not a problem for ME. . . MY weapon with a bayonet is a Mosin-Nagant. . . .
Response to Emperor Misha I @:
Damn Sire, that is a pretty word picture! Who do I have to shoot to be in line for one of those Garands?
Misha commented…. The chances of any of ours coming to more harm than breaking a nail trying to get a stuck pig sticker out of a leftist ribcage are slim to none. That’s why if you even THINK the bayonet is lodged, PULL THE TRIGGER!!! That clears it up quickly and nicely (not necessarily ‘cleanly’ )!! Old Dog mentioned… Our… Read more »

Bayonets? Bah. I was a 1345 in the Marine Corps (Engineer Equipment Operator). Just let me get my D7 crawling towards them at 5 mph and watch ’em scatter.

Undermine the long-established collective bargaining rights of public employee unions, which have for 80 years been the strongest advocates for programs that serve the great mass of Wisconsinites, as opposed to wealthy elites and corporate special interests.” DJ, if that article was slanted any harder, it would fall over on it’s head. nice try tho… the whole thing boils… Read more »

On behalf of the kids of Wisconsin I say to the teachers:
Please Please, for the kids sake….teach them, they NEEN you
Response to Jaybear, Colonel of Imperial Ancient Artillery @:
And me and my friends, like, went with our teachers, cause, you know, like the mean governor was, like, you know, doing things that, like, our teachers don’t like and all, and we thought it was, like, so cool and all to get out of school, you know?
The Cap Times: Your progressive voice.
Yeah, there’s a credible source.

With morbid fascination I watch this fight on the deck of the Titanic. Sooner rather than later, there will be little if anything for anybody. It’s coming, guaranteed, a simple mathematical extrapolation will answer any and all questions. Sorry DJ but I am really tired of those that do not even know what is really going on saying things that are not true. Since DJ considers all left wing media as credible, will he commit blasphemy by discounting abc’s reportage that the WH is helping to foment the protests in Wisconsin?

Only one problem with Takin’ Rosalie t’Breakfast on a crowd o’ libs, Boss. Can you say ” blood borne pathogens”?
These shitstains on the underwear of Humanity leave me cold. When I was working in a Union mill, we contributed to our medical plan, as were glad to have it. “A strike of public employees manifests nothing less than an intent on their part to prevent or obstruct the operations of Government until their demands are satisfied. Such action, looking toward the paralysis of Government by those who have sworn to support it, is unthinkable and intolerable.”

UPDATE Doctors, or those posing as doctors, are handing out medical excuses en masse to striking teachers at the Capitol in Madison. http://maciverinstitute.com/2011/02/fake-doctors-notes-being-handed-out-at-wisconsin-gov-union-rally/ Anyone with connections to any Wisconsin school district, the Executive Branch in Wisconsin, or any Republican legislator should pass this on. If these are fake, the teachers need to be busted. If the “doctors” are real doctors,… Read more »

Ah, you mean you could have a snowblower attachment on it? My inner eye already sees a red mist and some pieces flying out over the right side when you finally make it to their ranks. No bayonets. No bullets. Just a snow plow.
A little history lesson. At the beginning of 1918, when Lenin dissolved the newly elected Constituent Assembly (He expected hsi Bolshies to win, but the workers voted for the wrong Party), the bureaucrats of the Petrograd government, in protest locked up their offices and went home with their keys. Lenin’s response? He sent in the Red Guards. The leaders were… Read more »
