Not All Muslims™ Break Into Texas Courthouse

SAN ANTONIO – The old Bexar County Courthouse was buzzing with FBI agents and a bomb squad after two men were found inside the building early Wednesday morning.
Investigators said two men allegedly climbed a fire escape to the downtown courthouse and entered an unlocked door on the fourth floor around 2 a.m. The men told police they were visiting from out of town, trying to get a tour of the city.
…and, you know, it looked like a youth hostel. Also, the door was open and they like, you know, searched for hours for the receptionist. Oh, and they were here to hunt elk, too.
Investigators said the men spoke French and had Moroccan passports.
Oops. Our bad. Obviously Presbyterian missionaries, then.
Investigators said other documentation found inside the RV showed the suspects have done extensive traveling to high-level security facilities around the country.
What part of “being on a tour” don’t you raaaaacist infidels understand???

This is just like that one time I was touring Washington, and I really needed to go to the bathroom. I just happened to be at the CIA headquarters at the time, so I thought, great, they must have restrooms!
Imagine my shock when they were arresting me for doing something everyone does. They were all indignant that I came in through a certain entrance. That third-story window is a completely legitimate entrance! And I just happened to have my solo repelling equipment on me – who doesn’t? And how was I supposed to know you’re not supposed to come at 2AM? I didn’t see any hours posted anywhere.
Sheesh, people always assume the worst.

LOL. Or how about “hey, I was just wandering up MD 32 on a tour and wondered what that fence was! I just had to go jump it and look at all teh buildings! They had Humvees and plans sitting out there – they’re for public viewing, right?”
(For those of you not familiar with the DC area, MD 32 cuts through the middle of Fort Meade, which is home to the NSA and a whole bunch of other highly classified shit, including cryptography work. All the intelligence agencies have bases there.)

I take anything WND says with a grain of salt, so I found this story instead.
It certainly sounds to me that the Hyatt was making a decision that was most beneficial for the hotel and its other guests.
As a staunch supporter of a property owner’s or company’s right to protect its profits and ensure its customers receive the best service possible. That would not include allowing protests to take place on their property, which would likely annoy other guests and probably impact their business.
WND and Geller see the Islamic boogeyman around every corner, and under every bed. I just don’t think this was the case here. I think it was a matter of a hotel protecting its bottom line.

Well, he lived in on post housing, and the cameras watching his house were ALL over the place. The SCIF was in his basement, but he still had to go thru the same cert as every other SCIF. And from rumor, he had a fiber optic line to the NSA, which is right up the road. Kinda like the guys in California that have T4 line running to Edwards for research products. I remember the days when that was badass. Nowadays you can get frac T3 speeds out of a cable modem, and full T3 download speeds. (For reference, a T3 or DS-3 is 45 Mb/s upload and 45 Mb/sec download at the same time. Some cable providers are capable of better download speeds, though upload still has a long way to go, and a cable modem is shared.
