Strange to say, I already did.
I voted about an hour ago. I was the 1135th voter in my precinct. They expect to get slammed tonight when people come in after work.
Headed out shortly. My son wants to register to vote, so I have to try to track down our safe deposit box with the necessary documentation. The wife set it up, but can’t remember exactly where it is. Wish me luck.
Voted half an hour after the polls opened, and the lines were longer than they were for the 2016 general. This is in a deep-blue suburb in Southern California. I’m hoping against hope that the high turnout is large numbers of closet conservatives, and not the opposite. Done this AM, longest line at my polling station I have ever experienced post becoming a citizen in 1995, everyone very upbeat. Then again I am fortunate to be in a heavily conservative corner of Michigan. Sadly Detoilet and nearby swamped with libridiots. Gonna be interesting to see what really happens, I think the polls are all crap.
The last guy who cast a vote that mattered was Lee Harvey Oswald, and look what happened to him.
This is fascinating. Only 3% reporting in Indiana but every R candidate is 2 x the vote count of the D candidate across the board. Hope this holds, waiting to see the reporting for Michigan.
Well, that is it then, we are in for 2 years of kabuki and gridlock. The D party will go hog wild in the house and nothing they do will pass the senate. Time to shut off the national news for the next 24 months.
No question they’re going to overreach and do everything they can to wreck the country, however… The GOP picked up 3 seats in the senate, and that is YUUUGE!
