Life in Nazi Germany

Well, it’s not that bad, actually. Back in Das Reich, everybody was mandatorily organized in one state-approved organization and all wages, profits and production were controlled by the almighty State (but the National Socialists weren’t socialist!, SHRIIIIEEEEEKKK!)

At least it’s not that bad here. Yet.

Recently, the NLRB filed a complaint to stop Boeing from completing a new aircraft assembly plant in South Carolina, a right-to-work state and one that is generally friendly to business. The reason? Obama’s labor board says the company shouldn’t be free to operate in its interests, despite having faced years of costly strikes by militant unionized employees in Washington State.

Of course they shouldn’t! How the heck is Reichskanzler Gutsy bin-Ogabe going to finance his union brownshirts without his Amerikanische Arbeitsfront dues flowing into his Partei’s coffers?

What’s all this “freedom of association” and “right to work” nonsense anyway? Don’t you guys understand that our Führer, Warrior King Barack Hussein Ogabe, has to tell us all what’s best for us for the common good? Doesn’t “Gemeinnutz vor Eigennutz” mean ANYTHING to you, you enemies of the Reich? (And old people, puppies and mother Gaia).

Keep in mind too, not that it should matter in a FREE country, which we haven’t had for ages now, that Boeing isn’t even moving jobs from Washington to South Carolina, they’re opening a NEW FACILITY and actually adding jobs to the economy, which is more than Gutsy O’Bankrupt Ogabe and his merry Marxist minions have managed to do with all of their “stimuli”.

Then ask yourselves this: Is THAT the America that our forefathers fought and died for, is THAT the America you want to live in, is THAT the America that you wish to leave to your children and grandchildren (who will forever vomit and defecate on your graves to show their gratitude)?

And, perhaps more importantly: If not, how long are you going to put up with it?

Funny, my brother seems to think that the issue is forcing Boeing’s new facility in South Carolina to be a union job, not stopping them from open up a new facility. But then it might be stop them or force unionization.

Sarah Palin “chimes in on NLRB fight” and says the president is interfering with legitimate business practices and is going to force jobs out of the country. She’s promptly excoriated by the Seattle PI and Politico… not for being wrong, but for not being first to point it out.

I wonder if it’s ever going to dawn on a certain 52% segment of the voting public that this Ubama guy really doesn’t have the best interests of the country at heart.

It doesn’t even matter if it’s ruled illegal. Obama and his bureaucrats simply ignore the law. We have a Justice Department that hasn’t got the slightest interest in upholding the law. Examples: Suing Arizona and its sheriffs for enforcing the law:

    Please Support Our Border Sheriffs

Not prosecuting blatant civil rights violations because the perpetrators are black. Not giving the prosecutors OR DEFENSE in the Major Hassan trial the evidence, and stalling the trial. Ignoring the overturn of the no drilling ban. Back to blaming oil companies, when he’s the one responsible for shoving up the price.

And an interesting turn of events today in NY. 2 ethnic men of the Muslim persuasion were arraigned in court for a plot to blow up synagogues and kill Jews. One of them is on tape as saying he really “wants to kill Jews.” They thought they were buying grenades for an undercover officer.

I believe this is called “terrorism.” If we’re still allowed to call it that. Maybe an incident that might interest the Department of Homeland Security and/or the federal government. Yet they declined the case and it was up to the NYC DA to prosecute. WHY?!!!! If it were up to Eric Holder and Obama, they’d still be free and would eventually kill Jews. And for all those people who claim Islamophobia, there are TEN TIMES as many hate crimes against Jews as against Muslims.

Obama is a Muslim who hates America. Holder is an anti-white socialist. And we’re all screwed.

Then we shall do likewise–especially if legal recourse fails 18 months down the road. It’d be ironic if, lacking an actual disaster to accompany the ballyhooed End of the Mayan Long Count™ in 2012, we felt the need to risk a man-made upheaval for redress of grievances. Don’t like the rule of law? We’ll get one that does.

This is perhaps the most egregious act of the Ogabelini administration. We should not be surprised all that much as Ogabe’s recess appointment of Craig Becker to the NLRB drew criticism at the time. Becker is a former union lawyer that represented AFL-CIO and Obama’s favorite thugs, in the SEIU the recent past.

Just another example of the administration’s commitment to extend the union influence and to hell with the rule of law.

We really need to press Right-To-Work laws for the states not already having them.

Response to LC Jackboot IC/A @:

Couldn’t agree more. This is just another manifestation of the mindset that promotes the idea that “tax cuts” are spending or that a government(Kelo) can strip someone of their property rights because of the speculation of the politically connected(Donald Trump call your office).

    That mindset is:

That all wealth and income is the governments to administer and allocate as they see fit. Where and how to allocate your property is a basic right guaranteed by the fifth amendment. Government curtailing this right is a “taking”.

What the NLRB has done is strip Boeing stockholder’s of their property rights to maximize their return on investment and interfered in the contractual obligation(7th and 9th amendments) of the Boeing board to act in their fiduciary capacity to protect such property rights of the shareholders.

The idea that this is the mindset of the government can be found in their argument to support the Obamacare mandate in the 4th circuit

The regime is now contending that the constitution is not a document that limits the power of the government but actually grants unlimited power to the Federal government to compel you to do as it decrees economically. This totally abrogates the clear meaning of what the constitution is all about. Only the most hopelessly mendacious acolyte of “progressive” thought can hold such a position. Again this springs from the philosophy that there is no private property.

But of course because the NDSWP believes in confiscatory taxation under the patina of legality, “experts” dictating prices charged and services rendered, regulatory coercion of the allocation of assets at the whims of cronies and allocation of the fruits of the economy based not on your talent and initiative but on need or political connections that doesn’t make them socialists. Perish the thought.

If waddles and quacks like a duck…

    Emperor Misha I says:

    No, and no.
They did what any sane person would do when friends and family worked hard for what they have, only to have the land usurped to pay for favors from a corrupt parliamentary and aristocratic monarchy 3500 miles away, any profit stripped away with taxes, cruel and violent treatment of the colonists by the overlords and the pressed troops they used. They kicked their royal a$$es OUT!
I come from a BIG tribe.
I have two (2) grandfathers who fought in that criminal uprising, father and son, Isaac and Enos Howard. Wanna’ bet me and mine will sit around and watch the Republic die? You’d be an all day sucker if you took that bet. I’ve already taken some abuse from the union thugs here in Rhambo Land. You might say I’m already vested in the solution.
As a retired colonal friend of mine said, “They fear us the most, we have nothing to lose…we lived a full life, have military training and want our children and their children to have the chances we were given.”
“The Charleston plant is for the 787 Dreamliner’s fabrication, assembly and systems for aft fuselage sections, and to join and integrate midbody fuselage sections from other structural partners.
It is scheduled for opening in July 2011, the program produces 10 airplanes per month, the highest twin-aisle production rate in history.”
So, this will only help bolster the other plants productivity.
This is likened to reaching up the a$$ of the goose who lays the golden eggs, thinking, you’ll get all the eggs.

I still say a new political party needs to buck the current country club RINOs and progressive fascists.
The Continental Party. (or army if that’s what it’ll take) It is what came after a certain Tea party was held, IIRC.

P.S.: That should be the whole North American continent in that party. I guess we’ll have to wait for the jihadjiis to play their last ace card. (However, we own the ace of spades, IYKWIM)

That one’s being prosecuted on the state level, readerjp. The two guys (a Moroccan and an Algerian) just wanted to blow up churches, synagogues and the Empire State Building. Apparently that’s not a big enough deal to warrant diverting Federal agents from the more important task at hand… investigating claims of boorish behavior by our CIA agents while interrogating the ululating apes who want to kill us all.

Yes, it’s being prosecuted according to a state of NY statute against terror, BUT the case was brought by the Manhattan DA. What is the federal definition of terrorism?

From a former Union member, me:

Modern-day labor unions exist for one purpose, and one purpose only. To extract money from the pockets of their members, and transfer it to the pockets of those in the upper hierarchy, or use that money to further their Socialist agenda. Labor unions are a creation of the Communist party and are an anachronism in modern-day society.

They are no more for “the workers” than the upper-crust of the Soviet Union was for the guy turning a wrench in a factory. That worker only existed to provide for and support the self-proclaimed “elite”.
