The sheriff is an ass with blood on his hands, hope he gets booted and jailed, along with his useless officers. However, in a contest of bodies Hillbilly has more in total since Arkansas, and is past due to land in the pen.

Has anyone also noticed that the Minneapolis Police have fallen silent about Mohammed “Bang bang oops” Noor, the Somali divershitty hire who panicked and shot dead an unarmed woman in her pyjamas?

Two corrupt and cowardly shithead police departments that make the Keystone Kops look like Special Forces.

:em08: Slightly OT, but I think that students who walk out of class for Wednesday’s protests should be reported as truant. Parents need to seriously raise questions about this with their local school boards.

Why is anyone complaining? They both went home safely at the end of their shift, and that’s all that really matters.

Mr Freeman indicated that Mr Noor’s refusal to speak had put prosecutors in a difficult position.

“I have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt [that] the moment he shot the gun, he feared for his life. And he used force because he thought he was gonna be killed,” Mr Freeman said.

“But I can’t. He won’t answer my questions because he doesn’t have to, OK?

“We all have Fifth Amendment rights, and I respect that.

    and from his lawyer

“This led to the death of a very fine person which is a horrible tragedy, but not a crime.”

His client pulled his firearm inside a police car, reached across his partner and fired inside the car, killing an unarmed woman in her pyjamas.

But thats not a crime according to him.

He also needs to prove Noor’s actions were objectively unreasonable at the time.

    This is reasonable?

Mr Harrity, who was driving, said Noor then fired his weapon from the passenger seat and through the open window, shooting Damond.

Well then, if we follow the traditions of his homeland, the entire extended family of Ms Diamond would fly to MN, track him down, and either hang him from the nearest tree or chop off his head. That is the fitting action for someone that has murdered one of your kin. I think the citizens of MN should pay their air fares, R/T and provide the rope, the headchopping tends to be a bit messy. Oh yes, the entire police force should escort them inbound and then outbound.

…documents in the criminal case against Nikolas Cruz and obtained by The Associated Press show school officials and a sheriff’s deputy recommended in September 2016 that Cruz be involuntarily committed for a mental evaluation.

The documents, which are part of Cruz’s criminal case in the shooting, show that he had written the word “kill” in a notebook, told a classmate that he wanted to buy a gun and use it, and had cut his arm supposedly in anger because he had broken up with a girlfriend. He also told another student he had drunk gasoline and was throwing up. Calls had even been made to the FBI about the possibility of Cruz using a gun at school.

The documents were provided by a psychological assessment service initiated by Cruz’s mother called Henderson Behavioral Health. The documents show a high school resource officer who was also a sheriff’s deputy and two school counselors recommended in September 2016 that Cruz be committed for mental evaluation under Florida’s Baker Act. That law allows for involuntary commitment for mental health examination for at least three days.

Such an involuntary commitment would also have been a high obstacle if not a complete barrier to legally obtaining a firearm, such as the AR-15 rifle used in the Stoneman Douglas massacre on Feb. 14, authorities say.

    wait it gets better

As the AP notes, the school resource officer who recommended institutionalization was Scot Peterson. Peterson is the man who resigned for failing to enter the building where the shooting was occurring for several minutes after arriving first at the scene.

    What would YOU call that?

A hero doing what needed to be done to ensure that he and his partner went home safely at the end of their shift. Also, an oppressed minority getting his own back against white supremacy.

Nah, this stuff is easy in the modern US – I mean, unless, you know, there is an off chance that the media, government, and elites are all lying to us.

    A. White people are evil and deserve whatever bad things befall them – and really, not enough bad things are befalling them.

    B. If a cop shoots a civilian it is: (1) feared for his safety; (2) went home safely at the end of his shift, and that’s what matters – officer safety; (3) unless demographic issues make the shooting a hate crime against an oppressed minority. Shooting a mundane (even if, or especially if, the mundane has done nothing wrong) is never wrong, unless said mundane was “diverse” (n which case, any criminal activity which might otherwise have merited said shooting is excused).
