I used to see that happen, and it still does on rare occasions, in Boston MA. Nothing like seeing a tuck ignoring the warning signs and peeling back the roof like a can of anchovies.
Ten years ago the same problem was plaguing Cressona, Pennsylvania. Trucks were getting stuck under the Sillyman Street railroad bridge when trying to get to Route 183. PennDot went the extra mile to fix the problem.
