How’s that Shoe on the Other Foot, Prozis?

From Warden at Ace’s place, we’ll just put a few pull quotes up here while urging you to read the whole thing, because it encompasses so perfectly how His Imperial Majesty feels about the election, our new President and the hysteria of the left, now that they’re the ones tasting the boot in their mouthes.

And this is where everything funnels down to the very nexus of my change in attitude from “Do unto others” to “I will do unto you what you do unto me.”

It’s two words: Memories Pizza.

It was that moment that everything changed for me–not only the harassment, fake Yelp reviews and the death threats that forced them to temporarily close up shop–oh, that was bad enough, but the most powerful man on Earth bullying a couple of small town pizza owners from Indiana simply for expressing an opinion on a hypothetical asked of them by a reporter with a malicious agenda? That was when I snapped.

Do you remember?

It’s this that sent me to a place from which I’ll never return. I literally don’t care what Donald Trump does because nothing he can do is worse than what they’ve already done.

Donald Trump isn’t the bully; he only insults and abuses people in power who have attacked him. They’re the fucking bullies. The left, with their smears, their witch hunts, their slanders, their insults, their riots, their violence, and their weaponizing of the federal bureaucracy.

There aren’t any rules anymore because the left only applies them one way. And in doing so, they’ve left what once was a civil compact between the two parties in smoldering ruins.

I have no personal investment in Donald Trump. He is a tool to punish the left and roll back their ill-gotten gains, no more and no less. If he succeeds even partially in those two things, then I’ll consider his election a win.

We personally hope, as we’re sure that Warden does, that President Trump goes on to accomplish much greater things. All of our futures depend on it, after all. But even if all he does is to make the Prozis feel the pain that normal Americans have had shoved in their faces for 8 damnable years, if all he does is finally wake the limp wrists on our side up to the simple fact that it’s not wrong if you’re just turning the tables on the swine, using their own methods against them until they come crawling on their bellies, begging for peace, then we’ll take it as a solid win.

It’s wrong to kick somebody in the nuts, we’ve taught our Heirs that ever since they got old enough to potentially get in a fight, but it’s NOT wrong to do so if the dishonorable piece of shit facing you tries to do it to you first. And if he tries and succeeds, then you need to work on your technique and reflexes.

It’s never, ever wrong to use the enemy’s rule book against himself. He wrote it, not you, he made the choice when he deemed it acceptable to use his methods against you, when he showed up to a debate armed with a rifle, he made it OK to shoot him in the face with your own, and if you insist on resorting to limp notes of disapproval, then you’re the idiot, not him.

It’s never “wrong” to shoot a burglar dead, even if he’s “just” trying to put food on the table by fencing your stuff.

You didn’t force him to break into your house, he made that decision. And if he ends up with the contents of his brain group housing scattered over your wall as a result, then that’s on him.

So go forth, be merry, use every last one of the methods that the Prozis have been using against us since they slithered out from under their rocks, use them in good cheer, laugh at their pain as they laughed at ours, then amp the brutality up to eleven, because they decided that that was acceptable. Not you. And if, IF they come crawling on their bleeding bellies crying, sniveling and asking for a return to civility, then you may consider their request.

But not before that.

Start nothing, finish everything.

They started it. They chose the rules. Now let them suffer the consequences. Because we’re getting awful sick and tired of watching decent, innocent Americans taking it on the chin in the name of “civility.”

Fuck them. They wanted war, let them have it.

Thatisall.

The left has had it their own way for far longer then 8 years. We’ve either had one milquetoast political wimp or an outright crook in the oval office since Reagan. I’m not comparing trump to Reagan, yet, but he has the same potential of ripping out all the weeds, and this time, there’s no Tip O’Neill to get in the way.

Not to worry, the Donks have had an ACME #1 anvil drop on their left foot, and the second one is heading for their other foot (I won;t call it right as they have two left feet)

This is shaping up to be as good a show as anything Tex Avery has ever produced. Coyote meet Road Runner!!

Saw that. Noticed that it wasn’t Ace.

    Ace = #neverTrump = #everCucked.

Good for Warden, though. We can use all of the pissed off people shooting Left that we can get.

*grin* We obviously have a differing philosophy on violence, Misha. I’ve always figured that waiting for them to kick first is counterproductive: it’s harder to boot them in the nuts while down on the ground holding one’s package with both hands. (Can’t guarantee that they’ll miss, so better to kick first.)

My old man always taught me to not throw the first punch – but if I did, then I had better win the fight. Otherwise he’d beat my ass even harder when I got home for starting it and then losing.

I always taught my godkids to avoid violence if at all possible, but that once they determined that violence was unavoidable – to pick out the most dangerous enemy, strike first, and make an example of them that would stick in the minds of onlookers for the rest of the school year.

Ace is actually kvelling over Trump’s actions these days, and was, in the last furlongs of the race, firmly behind him. The more The Donald does, the better Ace likes him. Now he’s in danger of being a Yuge Fan. :em05:

    Oh, and Misha, Instalanche!

That’ll last until Trump does something to send Ace into a fit of the vapors again, and then it’s back off to the fainting couch of #neverTrump land again until Ace reinvents himself as Pro-Trump all the time.

I am not shooting Right here: Ace is not to my Right.

I am not forgetting Ace’s huge “I used to always cheerlead for the Right not because it was what I believed in, but because it’s what I thought my readership and supporters expected of me, regardless of my own convictions,” blurt back early early last year.

Do not trust him: he is not on our side, and at some point, he’ll revert to type and fire on his own side again.

It’s good, no, it’s great that Ace is come over to the Donald Side now. He’s a useful weapon as long as that holds. I just don’t expect it to hold.

P.S.: Congrats on the InstaLaunch, Emperor.

The more I see of PRESIDENT TRUMP living up to his promises the happier I get. The proglodytes on the left are bawling about there being too much Executive Branch power while they either stayed silent or said “*B-A-A-A-A,,,*” alongside their fellow SJW Howler Monkeys whenever the JEF (Jug-Eared-Fucker) spoke but now? Maybe we did dodge a bullet when McVain got beaten, ditto with Romney and I say that because both of them were milquetoast yes men picked by the inner establishment expected to rubber stamp whatever they wanted. Just take one look at the flip flops both of them did during their failed campaigns, I see that as evidence. President Trump doesn’t need to go to fat at donors, he’s not beholden to the inner DC establishment, thus they see him as a threat, I love how he has them so scared shitless!

I don’t know about Ace, ‘Bear.

Maybe it’s because of my personal background, having been an unrepentant, full-on, nobody to my left commie bastitch in my young and underinformed days, yet I doubt any would call me even remotely left today. Maybe it’s because I, too, was more than a bit skeptical about the Trumpinator in the early days and very much wedded to the nose of an impeccably credentialed conservative candidate as the best hope, yet here I am.

Trump hasn’t made a single misstep so far, as far as I’m concerned. Yes, it’s very early days, and I’m drawing no conclusions about the next four years until they’re done, but to call me “encouraged” would be an understatement that even the Brits would consider a bit too far :)

Anyway, I do believe that people can change, and change permanently, be absolutely won over without being weather vanes, and I don’t really see much in Ace’s calls to war to the hilt on the bastard Prozis, using their own weapons twice as hard, as anything less than heartfelt.

Then again, I don’t presume to know the minds of other men, so I could very well be wrong. Time will tell. :)

    Entirely up to you, Emperor.

I’m pretty sure at this point that you won’t mind nor hold it against me if I keep my own counsel on this one.

At this point, I’m putting Ace in with any number of former #neverTrump pundits and bloggers who’ve come over since the election: if they want to jump on the Trump Train, hey, welcome and room for everyone. We can use all of the people shooting at the Left that we can get.

I just won’t trust them again, and I won’t be surprised if I find them shooting Right at some point in the future.

I noted that I have reason for my distrust of Ace based upon his own words, actions, and posts during the campaign. This does not necessarily extend to any of Ace’s co-bloggers such as Warden, many of whom are firmly firmly pro-Trump and have been consistently. I won’t link approvingly to Ace’s posts just as I won’t to Ed Driscoll nor Stephen Green at Insty. Posts from Ace’s co-bloggers I’ll take on a case by case basis.

I also won’t belabor the point. That gets tiresome real quickly, and no one likes to hear the constant refrain. You know my mind on it, so ’nuff said.

That is the money quote right there. The establishment and the big money guys don’t have markers they can call in during this administration so they won’t be calling the shots.
