Wow, Even Pajamnesty Boy ¡Ruuuuuubio! is Trying to Cash in on the “New York Values” Feeding Frenzy Now

Of course, poor Pajamnesty Boy pretty much has to cling to every straw he can wrap his sweaty, limp fingers around.

Moments later, Todd brought up the “New York values” line and asked Rubio what that phrase means to him.

Rubio said, “I’ve never used that phrase. I think we’re all Americans. I’m campaigning on behalf of American values.”

“Mexico is in America, North America, amirite?”, he added, swallowing another bottle of water while wiping beads of sweat off his forehead.

In other desperate attempts:

On illegal immigration, Rubio called Cruz a flip-flopped who talks tough but doesn’t have the record to back that up.

Now listen h… What? Could you repeat that? Did we just hear Marco “Lie About Amnesty Through My Entire Campaign and then, the Moment I’m Elected, Join Chuck Schumer’s Gang of Eight Tijuana Sausage Fest” ¡Ruuuuubio! call somebody else a “flip-flopper on immigration?”

We did, didn’t we?

No, Marco, you lying little shitweasel, you’re NEVER going to live that one down, and we’ll be more than happy, honored even, to contribute with every little bit we can to make sure that you don’t.

Nunc futue te ipsum.

Thatisall.

I thought New York City was proud of having very few values.

Rubio, please, the fat lady, she’s going through the scales even as we speak.

…and she’s been practically blowing out her lungs trying to wake up ¡Yeb! all the while. Some might call it an “act of love”, but ¡Yeb! doesn’t appear to be listening.

As to the “New York Values” thing, I think we all knew what Cruz was referring to, and he certainly wasn’t questioning the Noo Yawkers’ resilience or bravery on 9/11. He was referring to Proziism, over-regulation, over-taxation, Bloomberg, de Blasio, corruption, lawlessness etc. But it was still a misstep and I cringed when he played that one. The problem with it was two-fold:

    a) It played to those of us who would happily vote for him anyway. We were the ones “getting it”, so no minds were really changed, ergo waste of ammo. And, more importantly:

    b) It left him wide open to the predictable counter-blow from Trump, playing the 9/11 card.

For somebody as astute and shrewd as Cruz, it was really disappointing but, hey, I got what he meant. I just hope he can turn it around again.

Rubio shot himself in both feet on “Meet the Depressed.”

Sen. Marco Rubio says people who immigrated to the U.S. illegally but haven’t committed any major crimes could be allowed to stay. In an interview airing Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” the Florida contender for the Republican presidential nomination said felons shouldn’t be allowed to stay, but those who commit lesser crimes could still qualify. He didn’t specify whether those allowed to stay would ever be able to become citizens.

He’s as tonedeaf as Cankles when she said she would be Obama’s third turd term. I wonder how fast he’s plummet once that gets out?
