“Rule of Law” Our Aching Imperial Arse

Thanks to LCs Rob and Kwongdzu:

An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Correct us if we’re wrong, but if they were on his property it’s called “trespassing” and that, mes amigos, means that you’re like to get your dumb asses pumped full of buckshot unless you immediately and promptly comply with the property owner’s directions.

“But they were just passing through!”, we hear the liberal bleeding heart Everybody’s Rights BUT Americans’™ liberals whine as they sip their lattes. Not that it fucking matters. If you’re “just passing through” OUR property and don’t comply within a matter of seconds, you can take your argument up with St. Pete, but that’s not what they were doing either:

Roger Barnett, 64, began rounding up illegal immigrants in 1998 and turning them over to the U.S. Border Patrol, he said, after they destroyed his property, killed his calves and broke into his home.

Let’s see: Trespassing, destruction of property, destruction of livestock, breaking and entering… Dang, we don’t know about the laws of the home state of Shamnesty McSpain, but if that had been the case here in Texas, he could’ve set up a 20mm minigun and had a field day and the only consequence for him would be a medal with full reimbursement for ammo as a reward.

Trial continues Monday in the federal lawsuit, which seeks $32 million in actual and punitive damages for civil rights violations, the infliction of emotional distress and other crimes.

“Crimes?”

“CRIMES????????”

We suppose that the actual CRIMES of using this man and his family’s property for an unofficial crossing point, murdering his livestock, destroying his property and breaking into his home aren’t worth worrying about. Oh no, the “emotional distress” of a bunch of wetback parasites having to worry about the property owner defending himself and his kin is OBVIOUSLY so much more important. In fact, it appears to be a “civil rights violation”, a term that lost all meaning once it started meaning “anything that could possibly in the slightest inconvenience anybody who isn’t an American.”

The lawsuit is based on a March 7, 2004, incident in a dry wash on the 22,000-acre ranch, when he approached a group of illegal immigrants while carrying a gun and accompanied by a large dog.

Attorneys for the immigrants – five women and 11 men who were trying to cross illegally into the United States – have accused Mr. Barnett of holding the group captive at gunpoint, threatening to turn his dog loose on them and saying he would shoot anyone who tried to escape.

It’s called a citizen’s arrest. Look it up one day. They were breaking the law, he held them until he could turn them over to proper authorities for processing and their day in court.

Please note that he didn’t just gun them down and told authorities they assaulted him, something they’d have been hard pushed to disprove, being dead and all.

Big mistake, buddy. That’s what happens when you let your humanity overcome the realization that we live in a thoroughly fucked up society where “the Rule of Law” has no meaning anymore.

But the bottom line is this: Something that wouldn’t cause a Grand Jury anywhere in Free America to bat an eyelid because it clearly falls under “defense of self and property” AND because he CLEARLY didn’t use any more force than necessary suddenly is a “crime” when the losers are a bunch of no-good, non-American parasites trying to catch a free ride on the back of American taxpayers.

Hopefully this case will get thrown out on its ear, but keep your powder dry.

The ballot box is well past the point where it’s worth a damn thing as a way of remedying OBVIOUS wrongs to actual CITIZENS of this country.

If you don’t believe us, turn on the TV and take a good, long, hard look at the jugeared freak of nature on Penn Ave along with his 535 enablers on the Hill. Yes, we DO mean all of them.

What have they done for you lately?

That’s what we thought.

Pass the ammunition.

Back on topic, is there a fund to buy this man a back-hoe?

He owns one already, he’s even real nice about renting it out for $50 a day for small plot folks who only need it for a day. Oh yeah, bring it back full of fuel.

His problem is he is just too nice a guy, he would never do the triple S.

There are plenty around here who have offered to do it for him!
