Dec. 17 (Bloomberg) — World leaders flying into Copenhagen today to discuss a solution to global warming will first face freezing weather as a blizzard dumped 10 centimeters (4 inches) of snow on the Danish capital overnight.
“Temperatures will stay low at least the next three days,” Henning Gisseloe, an official at Denmark’s Meteorological Institute, said today by telephone, forecasting more snow in coming days. “There’s a good chance of a white Christmas.”

Word is out that Copenhagen prostitutes are offering free services to “world leaders’ at Copengate. Why would they do that? Is it to help the “delegates”cope with the Gore Effect? Is that some kind of loss leader? In any case perhaps that explains why US delegates are stumbling over each other to get on private jets and high-tail it over there.

Cheryl, IIRC, the Danish Gov’t tried to temporarily clean up its act for the Conference, to include having the sex trades to “lay low” as it were, for the duration. The prostitutes said “Fuck that!” or words to that effect, and as a protest offered free ones to anyone who would give them a certain gov’t issued card warning of the dangers of whoring to, you know, actual whores.
It surely beats me how any of these unintended consequences can ever be un-forseen.
After awhile, the consequences are no longer “unintended.” I applaud the Danish prostitutes for trying to morally uplift the politicians there, but I fear for their moral and physical health by associating with such plague-carriers.
