Put I.C.E’s phone number on speed dial on your cellphones, then, whenever you see a jobsite full of mexicans, stop and question a few of them *AND* the person in charge. Ask if they’re here illegally, then call I.C.E. … right in front of the person in charge and let him hear you turning him and his crew in. I do it as often as I can and, for the most part, the next day or two sees the mexicans disappear and *Americans* filling the jobs. I’ve even seen two ‘persons-in-charge’ disappear from the jobsites.
If I had my druthers though, it’d be far easier to just stomp the livin’ shit out of the ‘bossman’ and tell the illegals to leave or get the same.

I would say that this person doesn’t even amount to the s**t that your father might have scraped from the bottom of his boot… but somehow even THAT seems to be an understatement.
As for you wearing your Blues at your father’s funeral? I cannot imagine any better way that I son might honor and pay tribute to someone who could be none other than a hero to everyone who knew him well (And a hero to me, even though I never had the privilege to know him). No greater respect than to represent the fine tradition he passed on to you. I am certain that everyone here who has ever served will agree when I say that I could only hope I could follow your father’s example were I ever called to do so.

It also does not remove the higher authorities from the process. Also, the laymen are appointed from the congregation.
Granted, the state legislature should not be getting involved with the church, per se, but if it’s a corporation (possibly getting taxpayer funds) should it not be subject to the same rules and regulations as a secular corporation?
