Heck, when even the Washington Compost goes after the liberal candidate, it doesn’t exactly look good for liberal hopes of “taking back the White House” (and promptly turning it over to the U.N. and their allies in al-Qaeda).
“WE NEED A reasonable plan and a specific timetable for self-government” in Iraq, Sen. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) said in December. “That means completing the tasks of security and democracy in the country — not cutting and running in order to claim a false success.” On another occasion, he said: “It would be a disaster and a disgraceful betrayal of principle to speed up the process simply to lay the groundwork for a politically expedient withdrawal of American troops.”
That was December, while Howlin’ Howard was still the darlin’ of the Media and Fuckface was busy trying to portray himself as “tough” on the war.
Fast forward to now, where Fuckface’s only concern is being the Anti-Bush:
Mr. Kerry told reporters last week: “With respect to getting our troops out, the measure is the stability of Iraq. [Democracy] shouldn’t be the measure of when you leave. I have always said from day one that the goal here . . . is a stable Iraq, not whether or not that’s a full democracy.”
That sounds an awful lot like something the Vermonster might have said. Wonder why that is?
So now “cutting and running” without securing democracy is just fine, not irresponsible at all, as long as we leave some sort of “stability” behind.
What sort of “stability, Fuckface?”
“I can’t tell you what it’s going to be,” he said to reporters covering his campaign.
Now that’s more like him. No idea at all, just make it something other than Bush.
“That stability can take several forms.”
Theocracy? Return of Ba’ath? Both of ‘em “stable”, and apparently both of them are options to the Fuckface of Hanoi, as long as he gets to cut and run, rendering the sacrifices of our soldiers worthless.
Of course, there’s also Fuckface’s beloved U.N. to turn to, but in order for something ruled by those particularly useless twerps to be considered “stable”, it might be a good idea if somebody will tell them to stop shooting at each other first.
